When I saw the title of this product, I knew I had to try it. You see, I had gastric sleeve surgery on February 7th of this year. 80% of my stomach was removed. Getting enough fluids in can be a matter of health or not - life or death. It’s serious business. Fluid intake for a weight loss surgery is if the utmost importance. We are supposed to get 64 ounces of fluids a day. This is nigh impossible. I belong to four or more gastric surgery groups on Facebook and believe me, it’s high, if not the highest, on the list of our concerns.
After surgery, for most people, water doesn’t taste good any longer and some simply can’t "stomach" it - they throw up or get a sick feeling in their “pouch,” as we now call our stomachs. Everyone searches for something to put in their water to make it more palatable. Besides, I knew how important that first glass of fluids is early in the morning. It starts not only the day, but one’s digestive system.
The first time I used ActivatedYou after waking and before eating, per instructions, I could tell a difference. I felt hydrated. I didn’t feel hungry afterwards for several hours, actually. Now, I’m a person who’s studied health and nutrition all my adult life, although my education is in clinical psychology, and world religions (with a couple minors thrown in), and I know a great deal about herbs, plant medicines and how the body works. I’m saying this because when I read all about ActivatedYou, its history, and its ingredients, I knew I could trust it. I ordered three bags. That will last me quite a while, and I’ll really be able to access its potential more so than if I’d just ordered one bag. After that, then I can readily recommend it to others, but for now, this is my experience with ActivatedYou Morning Drink.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
