When I first started taking Morning Complete, I was taking it on an empty stomach and it was causing my gut to make loud noises all day, so I tried taking it after breakfast and those noises soon stopped.
I started feeling a difference in my gut after about 5 days of taking it. I felt less bloated and heavier, and my stomach looked flatter. Overall, I felt so much better, even my skin started looking better, and I had more energy.
But, after taking it for two weeks, my gut and my stomach started to bother me, just a lot of gas and some bloating. So, I decided to stop taking it and see what happens and the gas and bloating went away.
I still feel like it helped tremendously and would recommend it to anybody, just pay attention and listen to what your body is telling you.
I have been off of it for about two weeks now, but I do plan on retaking it in a week.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
