I have been pretty happy with Morning Complete for the most part. The best part for me is the flavor and the fact that it can easily incorporate into my morning routine.
I do intermittent fasting 3-4 days a week, and I break my fast with Morning Complete. I haven’t had enough time to see significant results, but my body seems to tolerate it, and I feel well during the day.
This is my questionable part and I am still experimenting, but it seems to make my stomach gassy if I eat right after the Morning Complete drink. I’m not certain whether it is from the combination with food and the drink, but it seems to happen often enough for me to notice. It also could be depending on the quality of food (especially with high in sugar or dairy seem to cause that).
As a review, I do like the item and I enjoy it, but it may take some time for some people to get adjusted with their diet. But if you're looking into being healthier, it’s worth trying it.
