I'm on my second bag of Morning Complete and it has performed as advertised. I have increased energy levels throughout the day. My stools are easy, regular, and multiple during a day.
I drink an 8 oz serving around 7 am and find I am not hungry until 9ish. I usually eat some fruit or something light at that time and am good until a late lunch/early dinner. I have another snack later in the evening, and while I could eat more, I don't feel "hungry."
I do take another supplement for gut health, and I am going to experiment by stopping it and see if I have the same results with Morning Complete alone.
