I have endometriosis and ovarian cysts so I have horrible cramps. The Livia allows me to get out of bed and not be in awful pain!

I am a busy mom of 4, one being a child with special needs. I don’t have time for the insane cramps I have been getting for years; they put me in bed for days and I just can’t do that anymore. Taking so many meds over the years has taken a toll on my body too. Thankfully, being able to find an alternative gave me the ability to find something that actually works. I have tried it all, and Livia actually works. I am glad I found it and took a chance!

Using Livia has definitely been very helpful in reducing the feeling of nausea and cramping side effects from my period. It does not totally erase my cramps and back pain but it definitely dims it down a good bit. I'm the kind of person that would rather cramp and cry in bed all while feeling nauseous, but when I use my Livia I am able to function a bit better than my average cycle days. Give it a try, see if it's right for you!

If you have severe cramps this product helps lessen the pain that you can actually be productive. This really works and it makes me so happy that I can actually get out of bed. It’s a little expensive but worth investing in.
