Changed my periods forever
This device has changed the way I see my periods. I used to dread a whole week out of each month. Now I feel like I have that part of my life back. My period ruining plans is a thing of the past.

Amazing
So, I am in my early 30s and have suffered extreme period pains for years, at least since my early 20s. Unfortunately, I’ve also had surgery due to cysts, I have PCOS as well as endometriosis. The pain is astronomical. I was taking a minimum of 8–10 Tylenol and ibuprofen a day, with little to no relief. I was super hesitant about ordering this, I won’t even lie, but this has been a complete game-changer! Obviously, it’s not going to take everything away. But it has lowered me to maybe 2 Tylenol or ibuprofen every few days while on my period. I can enjoy those days a little more with my toddler.

Highly recommend!
Livia has made my period sooooo much better. My cramps are ALWAYS super painful and Livia eliminates them. It’s super easy to use. You just stick the flower pads where it hurts and turn it on! I love how easy it is to adjust. I wish I would’ve bought it sooner.

Livia has changed my life!
I have PMDD and have horrible back pain and cramps. Livia has made it possible to get some of my life back. Even other times throughout the month I overdo it and have lower back pain, so I just pop my Livia on and get relief in seconds! Thank you Livia for all that you do!

It's an okay product
It's an okay product. It does help some, but I wouldn't personally recommend it to just anyone. I have super heavy periods and this just takes the edge off so I can actually function. I don't like that I feel like my insides are jumping all over.

Has helped so much!
