I needed a TENS machine that would help but wasn’t bulky like the others, and I came across Livia so I brought the subscription service and received my Livia. I’m so impressed with the size and the fact that you can change the skins as well. I needed this because I have a chronic condition, which is endometriosis, and I’m in pain 24/7 and using this it has helped relieve that pain to a point that I can get on with normal activities. I have also found it helps with flare-ups, it is constantly fixed to me so I have it ready for the unexpected. I would highly recommend as without it I wouldn’t be able to function!

I don't know what I would do without Livia. It has truly changed my life.

It is easy to use, comfortable, and discrete. The charge lasts for ages and I have worn it in the gym, at work, and hiking (not all in one day) and I don't think I would be able to do all of these things without Livia.

I suffer from terrible cramps, and this little machine has allowed me to live somewhat normally, which is pretty incredible. As a female who struggles with PCOS and very intense periods, this device has been a game-changer for me. Without this device, the first few days of my period consisted of me laying in bed in pain to the point I was nauseated. But now as soon as I feel the first sign of my period I charge my Livia and make sure it is ready for use! This device is almost like magic, I place the pads on my lower abdomen as directed turn on the power switch and select the intensity that I want. And just like that my cramps go away. I love this device and all that it does for me.

Having a Livia is literally life-changing! Being on medication that doesn't react well with Maxidol, or anything with naproxen, and Advil/ibuprofen not being nearly strong enough, I felt as though I would never find something that actually relieved my gut-wrenching cramps until I met Livia! And my goodness she makes me be able to LIV.

Seriously, it's the easiest device ever, you just charge it up (like your phone or AirPods), and once it's charged, you plug in the cord with two circles at the end which are stickers, like super-strong stickers, you stick those honestly wherever you feel the pain the most. I like to stick them on either side just below my belly button and right above my pelvic bone, if that makes sense. But it really doesn't matter because once you have that stuck on you and you press the power button and then the little "+" sign, that button is magic. I honestly never have to go past level 3, it's pretty intense and starts to tickle, I find, and honestly make my abs kick in or something. The battery lasts all day too! With the clip on the back you can clip it right to your pants, or hide it onto your underwear if needed. It's so small it's not even noticeable with a t-shirt and leggings on!

I could keep going on about all of the amazing pros about Livia, but you should truly just try it! I literally have no cons about this product! I'm a Livia girl for life.
