The device works as a standard TENS machine in polished, portable packaging. If you have mild to moderate cramps, this will work for you. If your symptoms are severe, it may work in combination with other treatments.
It took a long time to receive my device, which was frustrating, but once I got ahold of customer service through Trustpilot, the problem was eventually resolved.

My experience with period cramps has felt like the worst. It would prevent me some days from going into work or going out for certain activities or events. But with my Livia, I no longer need to miss out on work or experiences with friends and family. It really does soothe those cramps so you can function and no one even knows you're wearing it. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a product.

I received my Livia as a present from family. I have endometriosis and over the past 10 years have found little relief. Until I received my Livia. Even during my most painful flares, 10 minutes using my Livia and I can go back to my normal day-to-day. It also works great during sciatica and lower back pain flares.

Nothing has ever brought me relief from cramps due to menstruation OR PCOS pain. This product does both quickly, safely, and super easily. It never hurts or burns, but it might tickle just a little at times. The battery lasts really long, too. 10/10, would never go back to any other method of period pain relief.

I cannot go a day without Livia when I'm on my cycle. Before I had Livia I was struggling to do everyday tasks because of the painful cramps. Now with Livia I can be pain-free without over the counter pain meds! I recommend Livia to any female suffering from cramps!
