I'm using Livia for about half a year now and I'm finally not awaiting my normally super periods in fear anymore!

It's small, cute, but it really works to relieve normal cramps and makes horrible cramps more tolerable.

I am an elementary school teacher and let me tell you, this device was a life changer. Being in pain sucks, and it can take away a lot from you. I’ve had my Livia for a couple of years now and it’s been a lifesaver! I used to take ibuprofen more days than not - but now I barely ever use any pills! I not only use my Livia for period pain, but my lower back pain too. It means I don’t have to pause my life because of pain. I don’t know what I would do without Livia! I bought a 6-month supply of Gel Pads with the Livia and after 2 years I’m only just down to my last pads - they last ages if you make sure to clean them gently and care for them!

I was debating on purchasing a Livia for months before I finally made the decision. I have always had severe cramps during my cycle, and always needed Tylenol every 5-6 hours before they became too uncomfortable. I know that isn’t good for my liver in the long run, so I finally made my purchase. I haven’t regretted it at all, and wish I had done it sooner! I can tell you from my personal experience from using Livia that it helps me out tremendously with my menstrual cramps. Also I have an extremely heavy period and I've noticed that when I wear my Livia it helps my period not be as heavy than when I'm not wearing it. It really helps me out a lot.
