I was an early user from the crowdfunding website and have used it lots since then. I had one problem with it that customer service promptly sorted. I have tried many other TENS machines on the recommendation of the doctors and none worked, so I tried this after seeing a YouTube video and the girl had a similar condition as mine. Being chronic I use this most days and it really works. Of you're debating, give it a go.

I have always had horrible cramping before and during my periods. I have always had to take pain medications, use heat pads, and remain in bed for at least a couple of days due to how bad the cramping was. That was until January, when I discovered Livia. I was a bit nervous but I read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. And I’m here to tell you, I am so glad I did. I have used it religiously for the last several months. Not only that, but my pain medication and my staying in bed days have drastically decreased. The overall pain is significantly lower. And the number of full-on period days? Actually decreased as well. (Likely because I can be more active?) All in all? Worth every single penny. It’s discreet, tiny in size, but HUGE in relief!

My Livia device actually works and I love it. After switching it on, it only takes a few seconds for me to feel a difference. I haven't used a heat pad for my intense cramps since I've bought the Livia. I also love that it is very discreet and resembles an iPod and a great aesthetic.

I honestly don't know how I made it through my period before getting Livia. My 1st-day cramps sometimes left me unable to move and do anything including going to class or doing day-to-day things. Sometimes even woke me up the middle of the night leaving me curled up in my bathroom. While I don't use it overnight it definitely helps during the day or when I put it on if I get woken up in pain. I occasionally also have to take pain meds but for the most part all I need is my Livia.
