She called me when she couldn’t reach me at the FaceTime call. Then we reconnected on the FaceTime call and she just asked me a few questions! It was very easy going with her. I recommend this to a friend or family member! I didn’t think this would be so easy! Thank you Lemonaid for making this easy! I love that I don’t need to go to an actual clinic.

Lemonaid has great and helpful customer service. They were able to answer all my questions and called me within an hour of my consult. Highly recommend to anyone who needs birth control but doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of going to the doctor.

Great experience with the online process and resulting telegraph appointment with one of their medical staff. The doctor was very helpful and answered all questions to be able to make educated suggestions. So far so good.

Suffered symptoms. Doctor was great but the email y’all sent for me to wait for a message cost me a day. No biggie, I signed in and saw the option for video consult. After a 5-minute wait, doctor was courteous and helpful. Got two great inhalers for $10. Thanks!

NP Andre was super helpful and was able to make a quick recommendation for my treatment. He answered all the questions I had and sent my prescription to a local pharmacy to pick up that day!

I’m a first time user of Lemonaid and I am hooked! The service was spectacular and my medication was sent to my pharmacy of choice very fast. The Nurse Practitioner Trisha A. So happy that I went with Lemonaid! They made getting birth control super easy and affordable. Not having to go into a doctor's office was super convenient, especially when you don’t have insurance. The nurse who assisted me was Danielle and she was very helpful, I told her what kind of birth control I am currently taking and she researched the best options for me and made me feel very comfortable with the medication I will be getting.

I felt a UTI coming on midday Friday. I’ve had them in the past and know how my body feels as it develops. I requested a consult Saturday morning and had a call from a Lemonaid provider within 20 minutes - far less than the up to 24 hours I was told it could take. Very quick and easy and the provider was kind and friendly. Would definitely use again!

Questions were reasonable, time was not long for questioning, diagnosis doctor called me within 3-4 hours and went thoroughly through my questioning and was listening to what I was saying and ordered me exactly what I needed. Did better than my actual doctor really.

I do not have health insurance at this time so despite general good health, small health issues pop up, like a recent UTI. I live in a very small town so a trip to a doctor (about a 20-minute drive) would have been incredibly uncomfortable. Plus I would have had to wait about six hours since the symptoms cropped up at two in the morning. I received a treatment plan quickly that was more thorough than most face-to-face doctor visits I've had in the past. The treatment plan also included helpful advice to prevent future infections. I am very impressed with this service and definitely recommend it to anyone in need of quick, but in-depth medical assistance. Thank you, Lemonaid Health, for your services!

Thank you for being here to help me start my quitting journey. I didn’t mind waiting only maybe 20 minutes to visit with a nurse practitioner. I’m committed to quitting cigarettes. It even caused arguments between my spouse and I. I have been motivated for a while but no other methods were enough for me. I had a wonderful experience using Lemonaid. They got to me quickly, really understood any questions or concerns I had, and made sure I was healthy in other ways rather than the one reason for my appointment. It may take a few minutes in the online waiting room, but it was worth it. Especially for moms who might have kids running around, she now doesn’t have to load them all in the car and keep them entertained while she has her appointment. I would definitely recommend using a Telehealth service.
