Surprisingly easy - I discovered Lemonaid online and decided to try it out as I have a busy schedule and prefer remote doctor's appointments due to the ongoing Covid pandemic. I signed up and was speaking with an NP who worked with Lemonaid in less than an hour. She was courteous, kind, and to the point - our whole appointment lasted 20 minutes, with the appropriate prescription written and arriving in a few days. Probably the best experience 'going to the doctor' I've had.

I got a UTI and was in some pain and since I don't have health insurance I was worried it was going to be costly to go to an urgent care office. I remembered the Lemonaid ad I saw on TV and signed up around 11 pm and by 9 am the next day I called and spoke to a nurse practitioner and she was awesome! She sent a prescription into the pharmacy for me.

The whole process was easy and quick and best of all it was affordable! Thank you so much!
