I have now had two visits with Lemonaid. The first went fine, then I didn't love my medication, didn't love not being able to easily contact my doctor, had some confusion about getting an appointment, and canceled. That night, NP Danielle reached out to me to make sure I had a follow-up plan for my medicine. I didn't and expressed my frustration with what felt like I wasn't getting what I needed from the company. She offered solutions, we ended up talking on the phone, and 40 minutes later, she had listened to me, empathized with me, explained the confusion, offered solutions, and executed those solutions. She also gave me tips on how to navigate the issue I was having for next time. She was kind, empathetic, and HEARD ME. I feel so good coming off that phone call, and I don't have to be without my medicine. I'm so appreciative of her and the team!
