I have been using this app for years and I am in love! The first time I used it was because I didn’t have any medical insurance and I still wanted to protect myself from pregnancy. Lemonaid Health made it happen! The app is so easy to use, super convenient, I can have a doctor visit at the comfort of my home and the prescription gets sent to my pharmacy in less than an hour! Lemonaid makes it so easy to stay home when you're sick - as long as you know what's wrong. I love my doctor when I need his expertise. But when it's just another bout of the same thing, it's so nice not to leave home, get exposed to sick people, and spend a lot on a visit. Lemonaid is the perfect solution. And the NP Dina was lovely.

Sara NP was very pleasant and even more helpful. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Without the hassle of going to the doctor’s office, from the comfort of my own home, I was able to get the treatment that I needed. I highly recommend using this app! It is very affordable, the doctor that I spoke to was very nice to talk to, and I was very comfortable talking to her about all the problems that I have. The medication that was prescribed is already waiting for me to be picked up in a pharmacy of my choosing and there is also an option of getting a monthly prescription of preventive medication for cold sores that is going to be auto-shipped and auto-charged. I had my call with the NP. It was short, sweet, and to the point. She made me feel very comfortable and I feel like I have hope finally. She went over many options with me and the cost point is amazing. This is something that I have been nervous about discussing with anybody for a while now so I feel happy that this service is available and very happy with the care I was provided with. The fact that my medication is going to be shipped overnight is truly five-star service.

Felt super anxious about it for some reason (and don’t normally have anxiety as a problem) but Natalie was wonderful at answering all my questions and reassuring me.
