This is my 4th time using Lemonaid Health and just like the last few times it was convenient and affordable. I have struggled with anxiety and depression since my teens but had always struggled to get help. Between insurance, appointment availability and access, getting help seemed like "an impossible lift" - especially with mental illness.

I finally took the plunge one night and signed up for help through Lemonaid. It has been so easy and the staff is so wonderful and super knowledgeable and responsive! Even when my meds got stuck in the mail in a historic snowstorm, they were able to work with a local pharmacy to get my meds to me so I could continue my treatment uninterrupted.

Without the ease of Lemonaid, I never would've gotten help and I would still be stuck in a scary and dark place. Access like this to mental health help is so important! Thank you, Lemonaid!

My experience has been great with Emily. I appreciate that they have many nurses and doctors willing to answer my messages, but I prefer to work with Emily Youngblood, NP (MA license RN2339597) because she listens. I don't mind answering her questions because I can tell she really cares. I can send messages at any time, day or night, and will get a response within 24 hours, the fastest has been two hours. Emily is fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
