Lectin Shield

Since I started taking the Lectin Shield, I have been able to work without taking an afternoon nap. I have more energy and also feel more alert. I am waking up earlier in the morning and feel rested for the first time in years. I would definitely recommend Lectin Shield to anyone who asks.

My life partner and I were in our 4th week of Phase II of The Plant Paradox Diet when we went on a trip to Mexico. We had to eat some things that we knew where not fitting with our diet plan. Lectin Shield kept us on track with no ill effects. We are home now and progressing with our diet plan and a new healthier life.

I’m very happy with Lectin Shield! Since reading The Plant Paradox, using the yes/no list as a guide, and starting the products 6 weeks ago, including Lectin Shield, I haven’t had any pain in my knees, my heartburn has disappeared, I haven’t had a migraine, and I’m sleeping very well, and am not tired in the afternoon! And I’ve lost 19 lbs! I love the results!

I learned two years ago nightshades caused inflammation to my finger joints and other parts of my body, so by avoiding them I felt better. It was hard to do, since with almost every meal I would encounter something and sometimes I would just eat them instead of spending time picking it out of the dish. One summer a year ago I was able to avoid eating tomatoes and potatoes completely. I felt much better. However, I missed the nourishing aspects of the vegetables. As a result, I resumed eating tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, etc. this summer. The of course inflammation set in. I tried prickly pair cactus juice, it helps some.

Lectin Shield gave me the freedom to decide to shield myself from the inflammation properties of tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, beans, lentils, etc. So now I take 1 or 2 capsules of Lectin Shield before I eat any vegetables I know that may cause me joint problems. It has made my joints happier. I still have symptoms but not as severe as in the past. I suppose if I took it daily as I did in the beginning, it would be best. You see, I figured when the symptoms reduced, I wouldn't have to take it regularly, only if I ate the offending foods, to "shield" myself from the lectins I ingest.

I have been using Lectin Shield for two months and am very pleased with how I feel. I take two capsules before a meal high in lectins and find it helps with my allergic response to the toxins in lectins. It basically keeps me from having my usual allergic reactions to any foods high in lectins. I eat out a lot, so I find it nearly impossible to avoid the foods with lectins that I am able to avoid when eating at home. Thanks Dr. Gundry for a great product!

I was very doubtful when I decided to first start off with Vital Reds and Lectin Shield! Well, it is everything that Doctor Gundry said it is set out to be. I have not felt this good in years, and I lost 61 lbs since January 2, 2018. I take Omega and Total Restore as well. Candidly, these products work! I will continue to take.

My husband and I have both been taking this product for one month, and I do notice a difference! In conjunction with some of the other Dr. Gundry products, and following The Plant Paradox diet, we have both lost weight, are sleeping better, and feel better overall. I mostly cook our meals at home (from scratch), but on the occasion when we do eat out, it's a relief to know that I can take lectin shield to be protected from any lectins I may inadvertently consume.

I have been on an AIP diet for almost 2 years now and have excluded from my diet all nightshades, beans, tomatoes, peppers and many more. Lectin Shield has allowed me to at least add tomato sauce, chili powder, cucumbers, pumpkin and pumpkin seeds. Thank you for bringing this excellent product to us, Dr. Gundry!

The joints in my body were so painful that I was becoming very limited with what I could do. I was taking Ibuprofen throughout the day, every day, which only mitigated the pain. In 14 years, I never had a pain free day...or night. The constant pain affected my concentration, my ability to function, my psyche and my sleep.
