During the week, I don't often go out for dinners and control what I make through using a number of resources available for lectin-free meals. However, weekends are tough. Although I ask all the right questions before I eat anything, I have found that sometimes what I am told is not always true. I had a case where I was told the beef was grass fed/grass finished by the server and the sauce was just EVOO and herbs. The next day I was bloated, had indigestion and was not feeling well. I called the restaurant to confirm what I was told and they said the beef was not grass fed and finished and they used EVOO cut with Canola Oil, OUCH!
Now with taking Lectin Shield before a meal, I still ask the same questions but have not had the same experience with bloating. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, this change to eating habits and your supplements have completely changed my life. This Thanksgiving, I gave thanks for many things including you and PP.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
