I've been using DailyOM for about 3 years.
The Sadie NardnI yoga and exercise courses are absolutely brilliant. And cost as little as $19 per full course with their pay-what-you-wish payments. Sadie consistently offers the latest exercise technology. She has 17-minute yoga shreds programs for women over 40. These reversed a severe ankle injury for me in conjunction with my conventional physical therapy. She offers a somatic stretch course that takes only 10 mins per day, which helped my tight but weak hamstrings more than any yoga or physical therapy has EVER helped. She now offers a 4-MINUTE metabolism booster exercise that's effective beyond my already high expectations of her.
There are other meditation, self-help, diet, and exercise courses to help with anything you desire, but Sadie's courses have been my consistent favorites. And you keep each course in your library so you can change up your exercise routine and go back to your favorites.
