I ordered a special of collagen and 7 months supply of X10 Probiotic. It stated delivery time less than 7 days, I paid for that. Ordered in early November and as the weeks passed I was given empty promises of delivery. Unfortunately, the customer representatives failed to realize the product would suffer degeneratively over time in transit as it was a live culture probiotic. Obviously not knowing the product type in terms of a customer representative, it never got delivered and I was refunded lower than the price paid, never mind the months of inconvenience.
The company pushes for reviews but appears to only promote positive ones and not all real accounts. I would definitely avoid it since you're paying for something that can't be delivered, never mind the hassle or no compensation. If the goods were genuinely on their way, they would have arrived, even if late, but neither happened.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
