"5 Week Kundalini Yoga for Chakras" by Donna Davidge, "Kundalini: Ignite Your Fire & Light!" by Chantal Monté and Cyndi Dale, and "Shakti Warrior Dance for Healing" by Alice Bracegirdle.
I loved Donna and Alice's course. I found Chantal and Cyndi's interesting but was disappointed there were no sequences. All in all, there is something for everyone, just read what the course includes.
