    Got wrong merchandise

    Overall Experience:

    The wrong socks were delivered today. When I called customer service, they informed me the SQU number in the system was incorrect and they shipped the wrong socks. They shipped lady crew socks when I ordered men's ankle socks. When I asked them to ship me the socks I ordered, they told me to call back in 3 days to see if they have fixed the bug in the system. This is horrible customer service. Bombas messed up my order and I have to continue to call them to inquire if they have fixed their system.

    • Customer Service puts the onus on the customer
    • I haven't received my socks

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
