I’m not so sure that I’m using the product correctly.
It’s indicated to take 3 capsules a day. I started by taking one 3 times daily.
Since I didn’t feel any result, I resulted in taking 3 capsules in the morning with water and at least one hour before my breakfast.
I’m still waiting for the day that I can throw away the Omeprazole forever.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
