I have been taking the Total Restore for nearly 30 days and began by taking the suggested daily dose of 3 right before bed. I did not sleep well and had a stomach ache all night. But continued, hoping it would ease up, and it has! I am going to try and split the dosage up between morning and night to see how it works! I have experienced more regular mobility and a decrease in bloating! Going to continue! I think the price is somewhat high though!
