I have not received my contacts in 2 months

I have NOT received my contacts in two months. Customer service is only available via email. I continue to be billed and I have verified my change of address and still cannot get this issue resolved! Waiting to hear back from someone via email is frustrating.

Very comfortable

I started using Hubble Contacts because it was just more convenient for me. I can order what I need, instead of having to get a year's supply all at once. I will say they are a bit more costly than other options if using 365 days out of the year. I don't wear contacts every day so this isn't such a big deal for me. But something to consider if you're on a budget.

I find the contacts to be very comfortable. A lot of daily lenses are incredibly thin, and I've actually had some other brands rip in half while in my eye or while trying to remove. These are the same thickness as reusable lenses, making them very comfortable and I haven't had any of them rip or tear while using. My eyes don't dry out while using these either. These are honestly the most comfortable lenses I've ever used, and I've been wearing contacts since 1995. I've tried a lot of brands, nothing else compares in my opinion.

Aside from the actual contacts, the customer service has been really great as well. My package got lost in the mail a few months ago, and they did not hesitate to resend it, free of charge, as quickly as possible.

I really love how easy the website is to use, and it's very easy to tell when you'll be getting your next order. If you need to cancel or pause a subscription, you can just do it on the website. They don't make it complicated or make you call them to do it. You're able to set the exact date you want the charge to occur and they are very quick with shipping.

I really can't say enough great things about this company. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these contacts. I don't think I'll use any other brand again.

Love the convenience

Good until COVID happened

We loved this company until COVID came around. Contacts were late/didn’t arrive. We even bought an extra pack to get ahead. We received only one replacement set when we should have received too. My husband had to go without contacts for 3 weeks, it was horrible.

Great service!

I’m using contacts for at least 10 years now and it’s never been this easy as my last year with Hubble. I just get my contacts on the mail four times a year. I never run out or worry about solutions or containers! The contacts are of high quality and never irritate my eyes. My eyes feel happy!

And if you accumulated too much of contacts, you can pause the subscription with one phone call (I wish it would be possible to do online though).

Trying to unsubscribe

I have tried to contact someone to unsubscribe me. You guys take 2 payments at a time sometimes. And my daughter does not Iike them. She says they give her a headache.

Worst company ever! Scam.

RUN, don't walk, away from this company! They give you a $1 for 30 pairs of contacts. Before you even get the trial, which took 3 weeks to arrive, they charge you for $40 without your permission! They refuse to refund this money or allow you to return the contacts! THIS IS A SCAM!

I love these contacts!

I didn't like keeping one pair of contacts for a whole month. My eyes are far more important than that. When I heard about daily contact lenses, I started looking around for an affordable brand. Hubble fits the bill, both in quality and price. I know I must sound like a commercial, but they really are that good. I forget I have them on, they are so comfortable. I also have control over how many I receive, or if I want to skip a month or more.

This is a scam

This is a subscription service that you cannot cancel without being charged. I tried. The contacts are too thick to be wearable. They don't accept returns and they will charge you immediately, even if you contact them to cancel. This company is bad news and the products will damage your eyes.
