Outstanding contacts
They are a great fit for me. They are lightweight, durable, breathable, and extremely comfortable! The monthly subscription automatically comes out of my account and the contacts are delivered directly to my door. So convenient!

Wishing I could cancel, but no one ever answers!
I’ve tried countless times to cancel my subscription and cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone! A customer sits in complete silence for a very long time to have no one greeting them on the other end. Month after month, the $39 comes out, and I call and get nothing. Finally, my bank was gracious enough to block any future charges from you. The contacts are “ok” - my Acuvue Oasis are what I’m so excited to return to!

Customer service sucks
Spoke to several customer representatives that refuse to help me with questions and answers to technical issues. They were rude and unhelpful. I like the contacts themselves, but do not like how their customer service representatives speak to people so I'm unsure if I'll ever use this brand again.

These contacts are terrible. They pop out of my eyeballs and are so dry.
Awful contacts. Divina O. didn’t take my reviews seriously and just told me that Hubble isn’t for everyone. Product is flawed and customer service is not existent.

Loving the contacts
Although I do love the contacts I have been having some issues with the last few orders I have received, meaning I have had to use 3 contacts, sometimes 4, in the morning because some of the contacts don't feel right, they feel like they are poking my eyes, so I have to remove them and replace them with another one. So I have been wasting quite a few of them recently in the last few boxes I have received.

Love the contacts
Haven't had any problems. At one point I needed to cancel a shipment and it was re-shipped when we agreed on the date.
Very happy with Hubble!

I go through a lot
Contacts are great, when they work. I find every day when I put a set in I often have to replace one completely because it’s scratchy, won’t sit right, I try both sides of the contact in case I have accidentally flipped it around. But no, at least 4 out of 7 days I have to throw away one (sometimes both) completely and put in a new one.

Great customer service!
This was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Easy to sign up, easy to get, easy to pause service since I use "less than" recommended. So nice and helpful. I’m definitely sticking with Hubble!
