Convenient when it’s convenient

I continue to use Hubble because when it is convenient, it is convenient. It is nice having contacts show up at my door every so many days. However, the quality of the contacts has gotten worse over the last year or so. I have received SEVERAL contacts that were torn/ripped prior to me opening the seal. After waiting on hold to talk to someone they always send out a replacement, but it shouldn’t happen to begin with.

Great product and great price

Your service is horrible

I've tried to cancel one of my two orders multiple times. I never submitted a second order. When I called in they let me know I only can cancel both, not just one. Your company is a joke.

We also provided you with access to skipping orders on your online account page and changing the frequency of deliveries. Since Hubble is a subscription-based program, you will be billed and charged automatically each month on the scheduled date until you call to cancel the account. This was stated in our terms and service that you agreed upon signing up.

Love them!

Helpful to everyday life

Contacts arrived quickly and as ordered

When I signed up I didn't realize that I would not need new contacts every month. There was not an option for having contacts sent every six months so I had to cancel my order.

Comfortable AND affordable!

Great customer service. Contacts fit well and are comfortable. I buy a 30 pack (one month supply) and I change them out once a week and they last me 6 months. So I get a year's worth of contacts for $66 (plus $6 shipping) for a total of $72 a year! I was paying at least $120 for a year's worth previously.

With the Hubbles, my "6 months" supply has extras so if I get a little lazy now and then and use them as daily wear, I can do so. it is a treat. I also put a few in my purse and in my car for back up.

Two suggestions

1) Pay per year option, and 2) Make it easier to cancel. I pay my bills per year and this is the only one I have that I don’t have the option. And I read in FAQs that you have to call to cancel.

Good company

I like this company, however, there has been an issue getting back into my account and ordering more contacts. Couldn't get back in, then had to start over, too much of a hassle, so I never ordered again.

It was good at first, but then...

I’ve got roughly 8 boxes per eye, I don’t wear my lenses every day so I have ample supply now. They feel good in my eyes and I see just as well with this brand as I do the Acuvue brand. I was extremely disappointed to wake up the other morning (10/5) and see my account was overdrawn by $39. I reported my card lost and received a new one in the mail and somehow these guys still ended up getting my new debit card number and information which I did NOT update in my account. There is no link to click to cancel, you have to email them. I emailed, figured they would send the money they stole back, but no, instead I’m still getting yet another 30-day supply that I don’t need and now have to pay about $50 on top of the $39 to get my checking account back into good standing. Be careful if you get a subscription, and make sure you manage your subscription so you don’t get overdrawn.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. The upcoming charge schedule is posted in the customer's HUBBLE account, as well as information for how to edit or skip orders in the schedule. Our orders are part of a subscription program, so we are prepared to be processed immediately after the charge is cleared. We are physically unable to cancel or pull back an order once it has been charged. The monthly charge is authorized when you place the first order, and can be adjusted at the request of the customer, and can be canceled via a simple email or phone call with our customer service team during our business hours, as stated on our site.

Wrongfully charged

I signed up for the $1 for 30 pairs. I was charged $36.99 for the next month that I didn’t even sign up for. I was also sent another box I never requested. What type of company does this? Someone better get back to me or there will be legal problems.
