Thank you, I was very pleased with the HomeLight service they offered through Opendoor. I was able to sell my house with the ease of knowing it was only for interested buyers, didn't have the unnecessary showings at all and of course having no flippers of homes involved. The fees that Opendoor charges are very similar to what a Traditional Real Estate Agent would charge. I needed to sell it quickly so it was very convenient, including efficient with the paperwork and home assessment team they provided. The entire process was smooth, quick and easy in selling my home, including the closing!

I originally went online to determine the merits of either going through a realtor or accepting a cash offer without a realtor. I was already recommended two realtors through friends. I came across the HomeLight site and figured it wouldn't hurt to submit my contact information. True to their claim of connecting me with "up to 3" realtors, I was contacted by text by 3 realtors. I decided to interview the 2 realtors that were recommended through friends and 2 of the 3 that HomeLight put me in contact with. All 4 realtors were knowledgeable, but the 2 that HomeLight recommended seemed to know the local market better. However, since the recommended selling price was so widespread, I did my own analysis and decided on what a fair amount would be for net proceeds. I then contacted HomeLight again and asked them to get me in contact with Cash Buyers. The first buyer texted me a super low-ball offer and I discussed my disappointment with the offer with HomeLight. They said they would try to find another Cash Buyer and have them contact me. A little while later, I got a call from "Nathan" and he asked if someone could come by and review the house. His fellow employee came by a little later and explained what the terms of the offer would be, reviewed the house, and he said I would get an offer within two hours. Sure enough, I got an offer from them and eventually sold the house through a 14-day escrow with no contingencies. I was hesitant when I first entered my contact information into the HomeLight site, but am now very glad that I did it. They really made the sales of the home very easy by putting me in contact with the right people. And, as a side note, I was able to directly reach a live human the two times I called.

HomeLight made it extremely easy to find a realtor to sell my father-in-law's home in Winchendon. Not knowing any of the agents in that area, the going prices of the homes in the area, the average time a property was on the market for, or where to begin looking for information and help, I was able, with the help of HomeLight, utilize the information that their website provided to narrow down the agents that fit my criteria, within minutes of reaching out to my top three choices, the agents called me. I was able to interview them on the phone, set up an appointment to meet with them, and ultimately find the realtor to sell my father-in-laws home. Once we settled on the date to put the home on the market, we had a buyer at our first open house! HomeLight does all the hard work for you, I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends!

I was able to compare the amount each of their sales in the last year - which is exactly what I wanted to know when choosing a realtor to sell our condo, since we needed to move it fast! When I was looking to sell my house in NY I was struggling with my agent who sold my last house due to lack of response. I saw the commercial for HomeLight and was hesitant at first but after reading comments left by others, I figured why not try it out. I did and never regretted the decision. HomeLight was a valuable service. I was contacted by multiple agents regarding the sale I’d my home. Based on who called and a little research I determined which ones I wanted to interview.

I selected 3 agents and met with each of them and asked a lot of questions. While I believe all three agents would have done a good job for me, two of the three were top contenders and while I believe either would have been good, one had more experience selling in my neighborhood, our personalities clicked and I had a good gut instinct and made my selection.

The Huff Group was great to work with. From the initial walk through and discussion through close, it was a top-notch experience. We listed on a Wednesday around noon and by Friday noon I accepted a full price offer. Bryan and his team were great to work with and I’d highly recommend them. They kept me fully informed every step of the way, which was very important since I had already relocated out of state. They had the resources to successfully market my home for a swift sale while ensuring I got top dollar for my property. Additionally, they had the resources to help with handyman work to be done pre-listing as well as handle any post-inspection items and all at a very reasonable price.

I found HomeLight through an internet search. I’ll admit I was initially skeptical of the service because I was unfamiliar with it but was glad I did the research and contacted HomeLight because they aligned my needs with realtors who could help me achieve my goals and ultimately have a good experience with the sale of my home.
