HomeLight was a great service to use for the sale of my home. Due to job relocation, it was important that I find an agent that could make a quick sale and was experienced selling homes in my area. HomeLight provided the tools to view the number of homes each agent has sold and even provided a map with the sold homes in the immediate area. They put me in contact with an excellent agent that had a history of quick sales. My home was under contract within a week and closed within a month!

My husband and I recently moved across the country from TN to MT. We were on vacation in MT and looking for a realtor quickly to show us a few houses while we were in town. I didn't know anyone in the area or where to search for a good agent. I came across the HomeLight website online and it was great! The sale of my house went so smoothly. I give the credit to HomeLight. HomeLight sent three local real estate agents for me to interview and choose from. I was able to make my own choice with no pressure or guilt whatsoever. Each agent responded very quickly to me to set up an appointment and discussed the strategy they felt was best to sell my house. I was able to choose from them which was best for me without feeling pressure or guilt from the others for not choosing them. I originally looked up home light to find out how they make finding a buyers agent real easy. Then I was contacted within minutes from someone from HomeLight and they got me in touch with at least two buyers agents. Marty Kaiser was the buyer's agent we decided to go with, he was great. However, the first buyer's agent Joe Monaco was a little prejudiced towards Latin people and Latin communities. Which I believe is illegal for them to mention while trying to sell a home. I recommend action being taken with him to prevent future problems with people that HomeLight provides. Everything else was a great experience. Thank you.

HomeLight has an easy to use website and expeditious service; within seconds I was provided information on multiple agents who got my location criteria and in less than thirty minutes I had multiple agents contacting me. I felt like the information provided by HomeLight enabled me to make an informed decision when I was selecting an agent (in this case I was matched with Lisa Martin from Urban Resource in Miami Beach, who was excellent to work with). I would recommend the service to buyers and sellers and/or will plan to use HomeLight in the future.

We are very pleased with the real estate agent we found from HomeLight! Jodi was quick to get back with us and really helped sell our home quickly. Our home was only on the market for 5 days, and we sold our home for more than we expected! Her knowledge of the comps in our area gave us a great understanding of what our home was worth and helped us price our home right to generate a lot of interest. We are so happy with how quickly our home sold and with our agent's knowledge and experience! Would certainly use HomeLight again in the future. With the help and guidance of HomeLight we were connected with top three realtors in our area. HomeLight gave us the questions to ask the realtors so we could chose one to fit our needs and us.

We contacted all three realtors. We finally chose Barry Swan. He was a great fit for us and was very motivated to sell our home. He came out to the house in just two days of contacting him.

Barry listed our home on Monday. By Tuesday he had an offer at full price. By Thursday we were in contact.

Barry was very patient with me. I was so worried something would stop the sale. He kept reassuring me and kept me updated almost every day. We texted and called him. He would always respond immediately.

Within 30 days we closed on our house. If it weren’t for HomeLight we probably would not have found Barry and had such a great experience.

HomeLight was very helpful when trying to find the right agent to connect me with! The website was very easy to use and easy to find what exactly you are looking for. They met our every need and requirement when it came to finding the best agents around our area! Josh from HomeLight was very nice and understanding. He also had a lot of information about placing us with the right person! I have had a lot of trouble finding agents and companies that would help me with this being my first ever purchase and just barely having credit. Many places were blowing me off when I would tell them the situation. HomeLight really found the right agent to help me find the best bank and such to help me. They still call me even after the purchase of our home. HomeLight is the best option when you’re looking for the right people to find the right home for the right situation! After getting the runaround from all the, "We will buy your house in any condition" companies only to have a ridiculously low offer, or getting to the point of signing the paperwork and then finding out that the offer was only good for thirty days and they get back with you on day thirty-one with a lower offer, we decided to try HomeLight. What a breath of fresh air. I got five really good realtors/brokers to pick from. I selected one and before I got a response from them, I received an email from Creston Inderrieden at IndyQuest Properties. I can’t say enough good about Creston, but he took a bad situation and made it painless in getting my parent's house sold after their passing. Thank you Creston and thank you HomeLight for having him on your website.
