As my wife and I began our search for a realtor, we knew we needed to find a realtor who would be a good fit for us, who would be familiar with the area we lived in and who had strong communication skills. HomeLight recently assisted me and my husband in finding a good realtor to list a rental house in Fort Worth, Texas, that we wanted to sell. The HomeLight representative who called me was friendly and professional over the phone and asked questions to find out exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. I had very specific needs, and they did their best to help me find just the right realtor for our house. I told them that having an agent who was very familiar with the area the house was was important to me, and they suggested someone with a lot of experience. It seems that they had a lot of information about the realtors that they recommend. HomeLight sent me an email with details about the realtor and got in contact with the realtor to have her call me.

As a result of our HomeLight request, we received an inquiry from a local realtor. We were impressed with her and quickly secured her services. Holly and her colleagues did a great job selling our house and assisting with our purchase of another home. Holly gave us good advice for preparing the house for sale, marketed well with amazing pictures, held two or three open houses, and navigated us through contracts, inspections, repairs, etc. As we looked for a new home, we relied on Holly's guidance and her team leader's expertise when negotiations with an eccentric seller got difficult.
