The HomeLight company is quite helpful for us to find a decent agent. Our previous realtor listed our house on the market for eight months in 2017 but failed to have it sold. We want to change a new realtor in Spring 2018. After we visited the HomeLight website and input related information, we got several phone calls and email recommendations of realtors. Based on the recommendations that the HomeLight provided and other information sources, we interviewed four realtors and contracted with a professional realtor agent, the Nate Realtor Group who finally sold our house, sold at an acceptable price. I am very happy with the service HomeLight provided. When you just look online there are so many real estate agents to choose from that selecting one can be difficult. I chose a real estate agent from three of the top agents HomeLight recommended and couldn't have been happier with my agent. My home was listed on a Friday afternoon, it was shown on Saturday and Sunday, and by Sunday evening I had two offers on it, both over asking price. Using HomeLight to help select a top real estate agent in my area was definitely a factor in the quick sale of my home.

I had to sell my dad's home after he passed, but I live in another state. I used HomeLight to find a realtor that could help me as doing a random search on the internet was not helpful.

HomeLight gave me a variety of realtors to choose from. The only thing I did not like was all the recorded messages from realtors saying to call them, but others may prefer it that way.

The realtor I used actually called me in person, which is why I chose her. Without HomeLight, I probably would not have found this realtor and I would have had to spend a much longer time searching for a good realtor. They provide a great service to those wanting to cut down on search time.

I had a house ready to sell and I saw an ad on TV for HomeLight. I contacted them and they sent me information about agents in my area. I picked Jonathon and he came out and looked at my house. He knew just what to do, so I signed with him to sell my house, and he sent out a man to take pictures and listed my house within a few days. We were so happy with the speed of the way things were going. A few days later someone wanted our house and put it under contract and they brought it as soon as all the paper work was finished.
