I could not be more happy with the result of our recent home sale in Collierville, Tennessee. HomeLight referred a number of quality realtors to me, and, based on my independent investigation of each, I chose Chuck House of Keller-Williams Realtors. Once I contacted Chuck, he wasted no time in meeting with us and laying out a plan for the sale of our home. I had my reservations about being able to (upgrade and) sell our home at an acceptable price so late in the season (September-October). I was sure that because of the time required to make necessary repairs and upgrades we had missed our window of opportunity. Chuck was very confident he could sell our home before the year-end, assuring me numerous times that he had the knowledge and ability to follow through with his plan of sale. Additionally, Chuck indicated that he believed he could generate enough interest in the home that we might even sell our home for an amount over the asking price before the end of the year.

Once our home was ready to sell, Chuck contacted area realtors, who brought their clients to our first, and only, open house. If I remember correctly, our home was sold on the first day it was listed on MLS for more than asking price. Chuck was even there with us when some small issues developed during closing, assisting us with resolving those issues and allowing the closing to proceed. Chuck House was exactly the realtor we needed to sell our home. His knowledge, talent, and experience set him above other realtors in the Collierville area. He proved to me that he and his "House Team" could provide all the services that we needed, following us all the way from upgrading the house to forwarding documents after closing.

Sometimes I really think the universe is listening to my needs. I remember listening to the radio in my car, streaming Pandora on my computer, and watching YouTube (for God knows what) and hearing different advertisements for HomeLight. I was like "what is that?" but kept forgetting to write it down. Luckily, I finally remembered to Google this thing (HomeLight) that I had heard about.

For the first home I owned, I didn't know how to begin to sell it, but I knew I wanted help. I filled out a profile on HomeLight (which took literally just a few minutes; type of home, when I wanted to sell it, etc.) and within 5 minutes my realtor called me.

HomeLight gives you the opportunity to connect with a few matches and you can request more if you aren’t happy with the list. I actually really liked the credentials of my realtor match and we made an in-home appointment. With just one in-person meeting, we made some plans, and my house was sold in perfect timing. I am really glad I listened to the advertisements!

Where do you turn to when looking for a realtor to sell your home? We turned to HomeLight and it’s the best decision we could have made. They recommended several realtors and we chose Ready Realty. All the realtors were professional, but Ready Realty suited us best. Not only did HomeLight provide several realtors for us they also gave advice as to what type of questions to ask, to make sure we were getting the best for our needs. I first heard about HomeLight on TV. When I decide to put my home for sale, I remembered their publicity and went on their website to know more about them. My next step was to contact them about my interest to get a reference for interviewing three real estate agents to sell my condo. HomeLight was very helpful to me in finding a realtor to market my house. I had grown up in the area where the house is but do not live there anymore. I was aware of a local real estate agency who had been in business since I was a kid. To me, they were synonymous with real estate. They were certainly going to be on my initial list, but I wanted some other agencies to compare against because a home sale is a big transaction. I wanted to find the best realtor for my situation and I needed a resource to help assess the local real estate agencies from long distance. HomeLight was that resource and they connected me with Jim Cleveland. Jim is really good at what he does. I was impressed with him so much that I chose him over the agency I had been familiar with for decades. Because of Jim's help, we got three offers on the first day and accepted one of those. One of the agents provided by HomeLight was absolutely the best (would probably not have found on my own). Best decision to select them as my agent. Provided the highest estimate on the home value and delivered. Did not just provide a high value to get the contract. We would absolutely use again.

The service that HomeLight provided was excellent. It gave us the opportunity to speak with agents that not only were knowledgeable of market trends, they were agents that had the knowledge of how to market our type of home. We felt the agent we went with in addition to having the correct skill set, also had a client listing and contacts within her agency that allowed for a quick find of buyers and ultimately led to a quick sale.
