It was great not having to do the tedious process of trying to determine who was the top performing realtor. The market in southeastern Florida is extremely competitive and definitely requires a knowledgeable real estate agent; the challenge is that there are hundreds of possible agents. I contacted HomeLight to provide data on the best agents and company to use to list my condominium. Laurie Finkelstein Reader’s office was extremely professional, responsive, and ultimately, they sold my unit in a very quick time. I particularly liked the way they have individuals with expertise in each aspect of the process. The photographer was excellent, and my particular realtor was amazingly knowledgeable about the market in my area. When the condo sold, they had a "closing specialist" who walked me through each aspect of that too. I had a particular need for closing dates and they made sure that my needs were met. I was completely satisfied and I credit HomeLight with helping me have a successful sale.

I was very happy with my HomeLight experience. Within an hour of my request, I received 4-5 responses from brokers. I met with 2 of them and chose Berkshire Hathaway. We first contacted EXIT Reality after their excellent recommendation by HomeLight. We wanted someone with a proven track record and EXIT had a "Best of the Best" rating as well. We spoke with Rachelle Peake and agreed that she was the one for us. She asked us to tell her everything we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. She assured us that she would be able to find what we were looking for. Being out of state we had to have faith that Rachelle would find us the perfect home, and she did exactly that. When we met with Rachelle a few weeks later, she showed us three homes and we actually fell in love with two of them. After looking online at about 100 more homes over the next 2 months, we realized that one of those two was actually the one we wanted and we were glad it was still available. Rachelle took care of all the details after that, from start to finish and made this as easy as it could be. She did a great job and we highly recommend her.
