HomeLight was instrumental in helping me find a real estate agent and sell our house in a timely manner. I found three highly recommend and highly rated agents from HomeLight. I made appointments with all three. They were all very well qualified and with HomeLight website's help I had a well thought out list of 17 questions to ask all three. The first real estate agent stayed over two and a half hours. She was an older woman, very curious, a little too curious, if you know what I mean. She came to the table with a wealth of experience, even owned her own agency at one time. The second real estate agent was very hands on. Lived close by, was ready and willing to jump in and handle mechanical and technical things for me. He was a bit laid back but a very nice man and very knowledgeable.

Then there was Laura Snyder. I could tell just from meeting her that she was my person. Bright, funny, personable and knowledgeable. She got in the business because of an unsatisfactory dealing with a real estate agent and she knew she could do better. And she's the best! Follows up on things right away, returns calls or texts to let you know she'll call later, professional, but human and so very kind. Our house sold in two weeks, with showings 6 of the 14 days it was on the market plus a very successful open house! I couldn't have been happier with Laura as a real estate agent. I am really thankful I found HomeLight and Laura Snyder. Excellent service!
