Our experience with HomeLight was pleasant. Chad meets with us on a Thursday and by Saturday, we had our first open house. By the following Tuesday, we had two full price plus offers. Chad and his team made good suggestions on which offer was more solid. Gary, the operations manager, walked us through a quick escrow as the buyer was to close within 21 days. After an initial recommendation from HomeLight led us to Kathleen Kellett and her group, we received numerous recommendations from friends and acquaintances who had used her as a realtor. Working with HomeLight was a very good experience for me. I found several good real estate agents, I interviewed them and I found Lisa Wills, who is the best real estate agent someone like me could ever find. Unlike the other agents I interviewed she came into my home she was just as sweet as she could be but she took charge, told me what I needed to do. She gave me names of handymen and painters and got my house prepared for me in a way no one ever suggested. In the end she sold my home in three days it was amazing.

Lisa Wills and her partner Candy Myers stayed with me through the entire process, they made themselves available any time of the day or night, that I needed or had any questions. It was one of the most easiest things that I have ever done in my life and also one of the hardest. I am so glad that I looked up HomeLight and found Lisa Wills on your site, thank you very much.

I wanted to offer a review about the service I'd encountered with HomeLight's referral service.

Within minutes of signing up with HomeLight, I had emails from several Realtors who were offering their assistance in the sale of my Mother's home. Before I could read everyone's email, I got a second email from Kim Panozzo of the Panozzo Team. The next day, there was another, insightful email from Kim about selling a home in today's Phoenix market and the next day, that was followed up with another email from her about marketing the home we wanted to sell. In all, I had 5 emails from Kim and that was how I selected her as my Realtor. She was persistent and professional and I felt that was what was needed to get the job done.
