I came across HomeLight haphazardly while staying up late one night, fretting about the upcoming sale of my home. It can be very daunting in a competitive market to determine who will give you the "best bang for your buck". I contacted HomeLight and gave them my preferences. HomeLight provided a wonderful service. When it came time to sell our home in Bolingbrook, Illinois my husband and I had no idea where to begin looking for a qualified real estate agent. We wanted someone who was familiar with the suburb we lived in and who also could give us good advice about how to price our home and how to make it more attractive to potential buyers. At first, I was a bit skeptical at using your service due to never selling a house before, and I wasn't sure what the process was. While, I was searching for the proper realtor, I came upon an advertisement for HomeLight.

Whatever information HomeLight uses to suggest top real estate agents, it works! I contracted with one of the suggested agents and my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. Diane Sluus put me at ease with her expertise, professionalism and personable manner. She partnered with me to set a realistic asking price that resulted in a full price offer almost immediately. I definitely felt like she was MY agent/advocate. Eight weeks from listing to closing - what more could a seller ask! HomeLight provides a valuable service and I am most appreciative.

When I initially saw the ad for HomeLight on TV, I admit I was more than a little skeptical that this would be a wise move. But, I was at a dead-end in trying to figure out the best way to find a reliable realtor to sell my house. So, I went onto the HomeLight website and within 5 minutes I had completed filling out the requested information. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from Vanessa Fauquier. We spoke for a few minutes on the phone and I felt comfortable enough to invite her and her husband to come over to my house to discuss what they could do for us. A few minutes later and received a call from another realtor who I advised that I had already selected a realtor. After meeting with my HomeLight realtor, they put together a plan and was able to get my house sold.
