Made appointments and after meeting with Maureen Connolly and her team, I felt she was the right fit for me and I was right. Within 2 weeks I had a lot of traffic at the house with a few offers. Being a first-time homeowner, I was unsure of where to start when I had finally made the decision to buy a new home. When we decided to look for a new home in South County, I knew that I needed to have someone who knew the area of North County where our current home was. I had seen a number of HomeLight commercials, so I knew I was going to try HomeLight. After reviewing all the agents that were sent to me, I decided on Cheri Peterson. She knew the area and had a large number of sales in the area. Having never sold a home before (the house in Hazelwood was the first home I had ever bought), I was not sure exactly what to expect. Cheri walked me through the process and explained each item to me. She was very throughout and detailed. I relied on her to make sure we signed the appropriate documents. While other issues caused the sale to drag on, we were relieved when the house sale finally was completed. She was always positive and upbeat. She kept us in the loop on all the stages of the sale. She is friendly and personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone I knew was looking to sell or buy a home. She is an excellent person and agent.

After interviewing the two top real estate agents that HomeLight recommended, we decided on Desiree Gardner. She did an excellent job getting our house listed and promoting it on social media sites. I contacted HomeLight to find a realtor that specialized in my area of Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, Nevada. My husband and I were very pleased with the service of HomeLight and the realtor Emily Gunning that was recommended to us.

We interviewed 2 different realtors and I am so pleased that I made the choice of realtor I did. Honestly, I cannot say enough about Emily Gunning, she knows her business, she has 30 years of experience. I never had to wait for a response for her to respond to any question. HomeLight is a very easy to use website that helped me to find my realtor agent. The website went step by step with exactly what information I needed to input to get an agent to contact me. In only a few minutes I was contacted by two of the top agents in my area. The agent that I used was extremely knowledgeable, patient, hardworking and helpful. I'm extremely satisfied with my home, agent, and HomeLight. I'm usually skeptical about these sites since I don't like to get a lot of spam email but I have not received any junk mail from them. I strongly recommend HomeLight to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Selling your house is a HUGE financial undertaking; so many things can go wrong! I needed an experienced guide to successfully lead me through the process, so I contacted HomeLight. The process of selling my house was overall, quite successful. I had many offers; the first contract stalled and terminated, the next contract quickly resulted in the sale of my house.

I give lots of credit to my agent, Sarah Thompson, for guiding me through the whole transaction, beginning with listing and ending with close. She smoothed out the bumps in the road and had control of the transaction, as my representative, at all times.

She handled communication between the buyers and me clearly and effectively. Her advice in matters of drafting our agreement ultimately ended in a solid transaction for the sale of my property.

Don't know if I'd ever want to enter the real estate battle again, but I would if Sarah were leading the charge.
