I tried GB 4 years ago when I was losing weight so I wouldn’t have to keep buying clothes. Well, I’m not losing more weight, but I love my subscription! I never have to wear the same thing twice, I’m completely up to date, and I always have something to wear!

I have been a member of Gwynnie Bee since August 2015. I have to dress nicely for work in a high-end salon and having this service makes getting ready for the day a no-brainer. I get compliments every day that I wear something from GB.

I love their business model of "try before you buy." I absolutely hate trying on pants in a store so I enjoy the ability to wear them for a day or two to see if they really fit my shape well. If they don't, I can easily return them.

The Gwynnie Bee shop is very affordable and I have added many pieces to my wardrobe. I have figured out which brands suit me best and I can filter my search to include brands, colors, sizes, recommended items and top rated.

The few times that I have had to contact Customer Service, their response is quick and courteous.

I have been losing weight since last summer and it is really easy to change the sizes of the items in my closet. I was worried that if I lost more weight I would have to cancel my membership but they recently added smaller sizes. Yay!

I wish I had thought of this awesome service, it's so smart!

GB is a great mail order service for the most part. I am soon to leave it. I prioritize lots of looks I want to try but what is shipped to me is literally the same all the time...dress, dress, dress. I get cute dresses but yet it’s just dresses for the most part. I am a professional that lives in the Midwest I need more variety than dresses. Thus, my dissatisfaction. Otherwise, it’s a great service if you want to try out different styles and colors that you wouldn’t normally buy. Also, I was not pleased when a selective service for plus size attire, was opened to everyone. I know it’s a money thing, but it was nice to feel special.

Now it’s six years later and Gwynnie Bee is still a major part of my everyday and special occasion wardrobe options. I love having an updated wardrobe using Gwynnie Bee. It is easy to view new styles by occasion and add to my closet.

Fit can be tricky depending on fabric (knit or woven) and designer, so I use the previous reviews and size guide as reviews will mention if true to size or tight and loose areas such as arms, hips, and bust.

One recommendation to GB is to improve the filters to search styles to add to my closet. For example sleeve length and dress length.

GB has completely changed the way I think about clothes and getting dressed for work each morning. I used to wear the same clothes over and over - in the same pallet of black and grey. I have now reduced to just a staple wardrobe and rely on GB for 3-4 outfits a week. I have been very happy with the selection- though I would like to see more dresses with sleeves - the size ranges and styles. Not everything is my taste, but it is a simple way to try new styles without being committed. Shipping is fast and I feel like I always have something new to wear!

I originally tried Gwynnie Bee because I wanted to have access to a variety of professional dress options. Living in Alaska, I didn’t have access to stylish plus-size clothing. I also didn’t want to limit myself to purchasing and wearing just a few dresses repeatedly.

Gwynnie Bee has been perfect! Because I can send the clothing back without purchasing, I’ve been able to experiment with styles and try new looks. I love having the option to purchase favorite items at reduced prices.

Gwynnie Bee has also been the perfect fit for my life over the past year as I lost weight, dropping from a 2X to a 12. I always have fantastic clothes to wear because of it and I don’t even have to worry about the mess that OWNING all of the clothes I actually wear creates. I also appreciate the ease and reasonable nature of sending back the clothes and receiving new ones. I am never without something to wear and hardly wait in between send backs before receiving something new. I have been a member for over five years.

My GB experience has been really transformative. I will try colors and patterns I never would have tried before. I am no longer afraid to take a chance and wear something outside of what I think is my comfort zone. I still wear classic shapes, but throw in some fun pieces too. Why did you join GB?

I have always had trouble finding clothes that fit well. I’m a practical person, but not afraid to pay for quality. I wanted to become a GB member because I loved the idea of wearing trendy pieces without having to own them. I have always hated wasting money, and clothing, on pieces I might only wear a year or two before it went out of style. I love the sustainability aspect of Gwynnie Bee. Our natural resources are better utilized when a garment is worn more than a handful of times.

How has GB changed the way you shop?

I don’t like shopping in stores anymore - I get frustrated with the lack of style and selection. I still use retail stores for undergarments, swimsuits, and sleepwear - but even those I mostly buy online.

Best benefit of being a GB member?

Confidence. I look professional every day, and I also most never repeat an outfit. No dry cleaning is a close second.

How would you describe your personal style?

Fun professional - and that doesn’t have to be a contradiction. I lean more professional when I have a big meeting and more fun when I know I am hanging around the office. Professional can still be floral, bright, or trendy.

Been a member since 2015, the choices are amazing, so many high-end options all in my size and to my door! The few times I've had to contact customer service they have been awesome. The only reason I can't give five stars is that recently the time for my box to be sent out has gone from a day to two days a couple of times longer and I have 80+ items in my closet.

I had tried other monthly subscription clothing services and by the time you received your clothing if I wanted to purchase an item, it felt like I was breaking the bank. The thing I love about Gwynnie Bee is that I get quality labels at a fraction of the price. I'm also a plus size girl and just having all the options instead of just a couple makes you feel that even though I'm fluffier than most, I can feel stylish and beautiful too!

This is a good idea but it has a few bugs in it, although it has gotten much better in the last 9 months. The dresses and skirts, for the most part, fit pretty well and the items are fairly nice quality. The sizes on some of the items are slightly off. But GB is now giving you a percent of how close the sizes are, so that helps a bit. It would be nice if maybe one time a year (on the anniversary of your membership) they gave you a special reward. Like a 200 extra points or $5.00 off an item, etc. I have enjoyed my membership, because I have had a chance to try some new styles, colors, prints I would normally not look at. Thanks Gwynnie Bee!

I have been a member for many years now and I am still a very happy customer.

I need to dress nice for work and GB adds new and fresh outfits to my cycle of outfits, so I don’t wear the same boring things every day.

The turn around time could be a bit faster given the updated shipping/tracking technology they use through the app. The app has some flaws as well with pop-ups about points when closeting items that slow down the process. It is also difficult to choose priority items in the app since they don’t allow you to sort your items by date added.

Not every piece that comes is a winner and sometimes I feel like my top picks never make it to my door, but overall I love the service and will continue to partake as long as my monthly fee doesn’t change.

I have been a member of Gwynnie Bee for over 3 years and love it so very much! It is so fun to get items delivered right to your door to try and even keep at a very discounted price if you love it. The clothes selection is huge, offering up several new options every few days, and they change with the seasons. All of the clothes are high quality and brands that are top notch. You quickly learn what brands, styles, and sizes work best for you. I rarely get something that doesn't fit at all or is not what I was expecting. Over the last 3 plus years, I have probably purchased at least 20 items and at 50-90% off the retail cost. How can you go wrong, very little risk and so many rewards!

There are so many things I love about Gwynnie Bee, from the excitement of opening my boxes, to the confidence I feel when I have a well fitting dress, to the way my husband looks at me and makes me feel sexy again. I ride the high of compliments pretty much every day when I get compliments like "I love your dress!" And I always respond "Thanks, it’s Gwynnie Bee! And they have a free month trial. You should try it." I wish there was some magical way to account for the number of strangers I’ve referred!

I love not having to do laundry or drive to the dry cleaners. Returns are easy. The customer service on the phone is always fantastic. Always feel valued and treated like a valued customer. Online/email help not as helpful like they have to follow certain protocols before they can take extra steps to correct.

My biggest complaint is how slow the boxes come and that they are automated without any input for style, like the time I got 5 pairs of jeans. What? Would have liked a mix of items. Also, a warning when you place an item in your closet in a different size when you already have one. Like "You already have this item in your closet in another size, are you sure you want to add?" I felt cheated when I did this inadvertently and both sizes were shipped in the same box. Had one less outfit that week but I’m sure there are times someone might like to order two sizes to find the right fit.

Regarding slowness, I have been really frustrated with the time in between boxes. And that when customer service would add items in hopes of making me happier (which it did) they didn’t tell me I was changing the plan long term and committing to a new level. I thought they were giving me a free month to try out that package and then it would revert but I kept seeing my bill climb month after month. And when I got to 5 items I was super frustrated. I still started 3 weeks in a row without an outfit for the weekend or Monday even when I reported I was reporting I was returning them in the app the moment they arrived. It’s gotten a bit better since customer service said to report them as returned as soon as they hit my in home section and not even wait til they get to the house but then my ratings on the style and size are meaningless because I haven’t actually tried anything on. That hasn’t seemed to be a big issue though.

Ultimately I felt totally ripped off for 5 items when I went so many work days without an outfit and there’s such a big jump in price from 3 to 5 items that I didn’t think matched the jump. I was charged $150, or maybe I bought an item that month now that I think about it. Anyway, an extra $50 for two items that never showed up in a timely manner wasn’t worth it so I went back to 3 knowing I may have to wear something of my own.

Thanks for your hard work to improve the customer service experience. I’m a huge fan. Gwynnie Bee has improved my quality of life in many ways and earned me lots of respect in my new position because it allows me to "dress the part." Y’all rock!

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for years now. It took me a while to figure out the sizes. Knowing your measurements really helps, reading reviews is super helpful. I love that I get to wear so many different outfits and styles. I have tried so many different styles that I normally would not try on in the store. The option to buy at-home items and items that I have worn is really awesome. Many of the clothes in my actual closet came from Gwynnie Bee. My only complaint is there are not enough pants with long inseams. I typically wear a 32” inseam. But with that being said, it’s really hard to find long pants anywhere I go.

Also noticed a lot of other companies offering similar services, but GB is the original. GB is not as good as it used to be. Prices rose and service declined. I am constantly sending clothes back, and I consistently wait a week for clothes to ship after previous items have been deleted from my closet. And that is if they delete from the closet. I have to take pictures of the tracking number before mailing because you don't allow customers to see the history of tracking numbers in the app. And I have to keep the numbers because on a nearly monthly basis items aren't deleted that have been long sent and received. And don't get me started on the remote support. If I were joining now at the current prices, I wouldn't do it.
