I’m not so sure that I’m using the product correctly.

It’s indicated to take 3 capsules a day. I started by taking one 3 times daily.

Since I didn’t feel any result, I resulted in taking 3 capsules in the morning with water and at least one hour before my breakfast.

I’m still waiting for the day that I can throw away the Omeprazole forever.

I have a condition that is a cousin to Lupus, it's Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disorder. It primarily affects the production of saliva, thus having issues with the salivary and parotid glands. It leads to dry mouth, ulcers in the mouth, sore joints, feelings of malaise. I have been taking Total Restore about 2 and 1/2 weeks, in that short amount of time, I have less pain in my joints, more saliva in my mouth, and I have much more energy!

Since starting Restore a month ago, my digestion has improved. Although I am trying to avoid tomatoes and peanuts, when I do eat them I feel confident Restore is helping the processing of these in my digestive system. I intend to stay with Restore.

I used to wake up every night with indigestion but after taking Total Restore, not only do I sleep through the night I am gradually seeing some weight loss! I haven’t had any ill side effects. I feel good when I take these pills, my stomach feels better than normal. I appreciate that Dr. Gundry is explorIng natural elements for medicinal use. Eastern cultures have been using stuff like this for thousands of years, unfortunately, much of the western medical community will not consider the things that actually heal your body, they only want to treat the symptoms. I will continue to use this product.

Am still on my first bottle of Total Restore, but within the first 10 days, I saw improvements in my entire digestive system.

I suffer from IBS and since taking Total Restore, I've had no belly pain or cramping. That in itself is a wonderful thing. My BMs are more regular and normal.

People do not realize how much it takes out of you just to do daily things, when your digestive function is out of whack. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for your new product. Besides, it paid for itself by me not having to return to the gastroenterologist to receive medicine that wasn't working anyway!

Since taking them I am noticing that I have more energy, I am sleeping better, I am no longer experiencing acid reflux, and best of all, I am shedding pounds of stubborn body fat! My skin is even looking better. The overall improvement of my health has motivated me to make much better food choices and so far I am losing on average about one pound a day. First 30 days I have increased energy, lost 5 lbs without changing diet. Restore helps my system function better.

I haven't been on the formula for long but already I am sleeping better. I have slowly noticed an increase in energy levels. I feel my digestive system has changed slightly, more regular bowel movements.

I have noticed a difference since using Total Restore. I am eliminating waste better...but did have a lull for a few days. I am thinking that this has to do with stress and not enough time to relax.
