Good supplement
I have been taking Total Restore for 2 months now and noticed that I seemed to become more regular on bowel movement which is a good sign. Haven't been on it long enough to say anything else.

Felt a difference pretty quickly
I’m not new to alternative health care products and am aware that it can take some time to notice when something is being effective, but I did notice more energy taking this product. I plan to keep taking for continuing benefits. I recommend Total Restore.

Total Restore helps total feeling
I’ve taken the Total Restore for nearly a month and have noticed a great positive difference, especially in the bathroom. My bowel movements have become more regular and normal. I take pain medicine that makes bowel movements difficult and infrequent. Total Restore has helped this condition immensely.

Helped my gut
Total Restore has helped decrease my reaction to lactose allowing an occasional bite of "forbidden" cheese. It has also decreased bloating caused by other foods. When taken with Bio Complete I feel more energetic and healthy. I highly recommend both of these products.

Almost immediate improvement
Even after two days the first time in several years I’ve not had to take antacids before bed to help with reflux.
Question. Should all 3 capsules be taken at one time or split out during the day? It would be nice to see how to incorporate the various products with the Plant Paradox program.

Five plus stars
I have had "stomach" issues since I was 26 and I am 62 now. Have every test done multiple times, diagnosed with IBS, been on numerous medicines (which did some help but by no means cured the symptoms), kept logs and logs of what I ate and for 25 years I have dealt with this. Last January, an email came over late Friday evening, caught my attention, decided I'll give it try, three days later I could actually feel my insides healing. Haven't had an attack since.
You tell me if I am a believer?

More energy
You know how it feels when something you are doing seems to be so much easier and better? Well, that is what has happened to me since I have been taking the Restore medication.
I play golf and I am 81 years old. My tee shots are longer. My iron shots to the green are longer and better. I can now reach par fours in two shots with irons instead of woods. Imagine how thrilled I was when that started happening and the comments from my golf partners like "what are you eating". The only difference in my diet is Dr. Gundry's Restore Medication. Now my handicap is coming down and my enjoyment of life is going up!

Brings back to where you should be!
It makes you to be conscious of your body and to begin to adjust to normalcy. Now I can see the glow of my skin and the tone of my entire body. My sleeping has greatly improved. I woke up every morning revitalized and ready to face my day. All the aches are beginning to disappear.

Great product
I'm very pleased with Restore so far. It is a great combination of many supplements I've been taking individually as well as many additional ones that I've been interested in trying. I feel like I'm sleeping better and have more energy during the day. Interestingly I think I recover after a long work day faster and better than prior to taking the product.

Total Restore results
Total Restore seems to be working for myself and my wife. My stomach settled down and bowel movements firmed up. I have to be careful as now I have had a tenancy to be constipated. I'll continue to use the product and hopefully I'll continue to have favorable results.
