Seems to be helping, but have had an excessive amount of flatulence…what's with that?
Sexual drive seems better. Physical health seems better.
Taking now for a month, flatulence is reducing.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Summary
Total Restore from Gundry MD is a dietary supplement that is designed to fight leaky gut with a blend of natural ingredients. This supplement is pricey and scientific support for the primary proposed action is lacking, so you may not get what you bargain for.

I am just starting my third week on the product. I would say it took about a full week to notice any difference. Week 2 went very well. No digestive or bowel problems. However, this week I seem to be pretty constipated, which is very unusual for me. I wonder if I need to adjust the dosage or just continue on taking three capsules a day?
Looking forward to hearing your recommendation.

I THINK it's going very well, I have been feeling good and have dropped a couple of pounds since starting this recently. The good news is that those were the pounds where I was STUCK. Nothing has worked so far. I have improved my eating as well, so it's been a combination, but I like to think that I am healing my probably very leaky gut. I gave a bottle to each of my parents as well for Christmas.

It's a little early to give a rave review. I controlled the bowel discomfort anyway (naturally).
I really wanted to heal leaky gut if it could be done! It causes inflammation throughout my body (immune system in overload mode, I think). This uses tons of energy and I am overwhelmed before I start (low energy).
I've had crippling brain fog for some years (though I recently have been able to clear that symptom and improve the level of some other symptoms) with turmeric. I want to use fewer/less supplements to maintain health. I think that can happen if the leaky gut can be healed.
To date (one bottle) I find I'm using less turmeric and energy is less erratic, so I'm more comfortable. Maybe I'm a touch creative. That's been gone for years!
I think I should give a review at three or four months for real information about my case.

This will be my first bottle of Total Restore and it’s been great! Before I started using the product I would have stomach flare-ups that would take days to go away but now if I have one at all it will go away within a day but I can say that I’ve really had one since I’ve been consistently taking the pills. I advise anyone that has digestive issues to try Dr. Gundry Total Restore.

My husband mentioned that he has felt a difference in his body and the way he has been able to be more flexible. We are both enjoying the difference in the way we feel. We both deal with back issues; he has broken his and I have a herniated disk. We are both quite active and would like to continue with what we enjoy without paying the price of achy bones and muscles.

It's good, I got off track with taking the dose every day. Now since starting up again, it's only been three days and I haven't seen many changes in my health. I have multiple symptoms that I'm trying to get a handle on. Tired, body aches, not sleeping all night. Bloating, blemishes on skin and face. Hopefully once I've taken the Total Restore for a full month I'll see some improvement.

I watched Dr. Gundry's entire video after making a pact with myself that I would watch to the end (knowing that it would, of course, be trying to sell me something) and do my best to suspend my usual skepticism and cynicism about any product that claimed to change one's life. As an ancillary medical professional for over 40 years (an occupational therapist) who has treated thousands of people with a variety of chronic health issues, I had never heard anyone describe anything as "leaky gut". The term sounded too simplified to be medically sound. My judgments aside, I continued watching and was impressed by the empirical research that had been done to support Dr. Gundry's theories. Other products I have seen over the years made claims that did not have any basis in "scientific method" (hence, my skepticism).
The diet recommendations - I kept a sidebar open to look at these more critically while watching the video - made sense to me, with some similarities to the Paleo diet, and did not seem unattainable. When it got to the anticipated part of trying to sell me something, I held my nose and went through the process, thinking it wouldn't hurt to try it (and it would be next to impossible for me to get all of the recommended supplemental foods separately on my own) and purchased a one-month supply of Total Restore, just to see.
I'm 64 years old and have had what I considered to be the usual complement of aches and pains, belly aches after eating, and mildly diminished cognitive processing speed that accompanies my age. I have been diagnosed by a cardiologist with coronary artery disease, with considerable blockage seen on a cardiac calcium scan, as well as hypertension and hypercholesterolemia, for which I take daily medications. After two weeks of taking Total Restore, as directed, and diligently following the diet recommendations, I subjectively felt more energetic and, more importantly, discovered that my blood pressure had gone down, with no change in my medications. I was not necessarily trying to lose weight (although I was 10 pounds over my ideal weight) and, after 2 weeks, discovered that I had lost seven pounds. My family and I just got back from a 10-day trip to the UK (where it's quite a challenge to follow the diet) in which everyone else in the extended family (15 people) came down with a bad cold except me (and I've always been the first one to get sick). I cannot and will not make a claim that the diet and Total Restore have improved my immune system but adherence to the regimen is the only difference I can report between me and everyone else in the family.
I opened my laptop this morning to order more Total Restore and, randomly to me, saw this email requesting a review. I am pleased to have the opportunity to state my extreme satisfaction with the program and my recommendation to others to try it.

I have been losing weight regularly...about a pound a week...which is fine. I am noticing that my mid-section is also losing inches. This is the area I have extreme trouble with ever since I had multiple surgeries including three vertical-type C-sections. I guess with the results I'm noticing, the product is helping with leaky gut though I don't really know what the symptoms are for this condition. Since I've had so many surgeries in the abdomen area, I imagine leaky gut is part of the reason my mid-section is so round. I will continue on this product for a long time because I see results without ANY side effects.

Important to drink enough water - to avoid constipation. Also worth starting on a lower dose and building up - works for me. Metabolism and energy levels up - despite festive food and drink.
