I just wanted to keep the communication line open. I have not been able to take a sufficient amount of Restore due to another health problem; namely a-fib. I have that problem under control and will proceed with Restore in due course. Thank you.

On a lonely dark night, while surfing the web, I came across Dr. Gundry's expose on gut health. I started watching the information presented, and started agreeing to what was presented. I have felt for a long time that the food industry is out to get every person on earth. Dr. Gundry's research is very enlightening. My wife listened to me, and we both became enamored with his research and supporting facts. Both of us have hypertension and are overweight, obese by modern health standards. My wife also has diabetes and has not been able to get it under control.

We decided to order Total Restore. After it arrived, we started taking it the same day.

Inspired by Dr. Gundry's words, I ordered "the Plant Paradox." I began to read immediately, explain to my wife as I went along sharing the information and success stories. It has committed us to make dietary changes.

We have now been taking Total Restore for six weeks, and both of us feel a difference. I have seen my GUT being more relaxed, a 30 point drop in my systolic BP, and a loss of 20 pounds. My wife has seen her insulin usage decrease a little, her BP moderate and the usage of over the counter Zantac and Nexium.

I would say we are BOTH happy with Total Restore and will reorder.

Improvement in digestion and overall comfort without the usual discomfort of bloating and gaseous sensations of after-meal syndrome. Sleep has improved also.

Some weight loss. I have a hypothyroid condition and have been unable to control weight. My weight before starting Gundry products was at a constant 148 lbs. (I'm 5'2" and ideal weight is 120lbs). Presently I am at 132lbs. I need a good exercise program, my fault.

For me, Grundy has been beneficial, and I'm grateful. Pricey but with practical budgeting, I'm managing to hang in there for the overall health benefits.

Beginning in April 2017 after taking antibiotics for Diverticulitis, I had explosive diarrhea every day. I saw a Gastroenterologist but got no help. I saw your website and ordered Total Restore and have completed use of one bottle. For years now, I’ve been working out and eating pretty healthy...maybe fast food four times per year, don’t drink soda, and love to cook my own meals. Even with all that, I was still bloated most of the time and lacked energy. I just didn’t feel like the younger me.

Yes, I'm feeling I have more energy and can climb a flight of steps without being as short of breath as I normally would. This is significant for me as I have been diagnosed as having moderate Emphysema with approx 50% lung capacity.

Prior to using Total Restore, my lungs have stabilized and Forced Expiratory Volume has increased to around 60%. People at church have prayed for me. The Respiratory Specialist also recommended I keep moving and lose weight which is easier said than done.

I had been taking Total Restore for a few days when my blood pressure was measured and found to be substantially lower than usual, and have lost 2 kg to date. The nurse usually taking my blood pressure was astounded. I'm having more routine tests done over the next several weeks (Cardiac, Respiratory and other) and am keen to get the results. I will keep you posted.

I have already recommended these products to others, including the nurse above. I have given the product a 4-star rating and that may increase this when the test results are received.

I really like these products. They definitely are having a positive effect on me. The hard part for me is the expense. I am on a limited income, and I might not always be able to reorder or have to wait a while.

I feel great, now. I had some issues with the new virus that is going around. My knees started feeling better and then I got the virus, along with a severe sinus infection, and it took me over two weeks to get over that. As you know, anything like that makes your arthritis hurt worse, but I'm about over that and no longer have diarrhea every day. It took three weeks to do that, so that shows me how bad my gut was. The brain fog is much better. I get full quicker, am eating a little less, but have not lost any weight though. Just the improvement in my joints makes a big difference. I have bone on bone in both knees. I just started my second bottle, so we will see how it goes from here.

I'm not even sure when I started my trial of Total Restore, but since taking it, I've noticed less overall bloating. I continued taking my OTC probiotic as well, and I'm not sure if taking them both helped with the bloating or not. I have just taken my last capsule today and would really like to order more, however, since watching the video on the Lectin Shield, I'm wondering which would be better? Or how the two differ. I plan on calling for help on this because I was pleased with what I've experienced.
