Great Product so far. I have cut down on my food intake. I have stopped coffee drinking since Feb 26th without having headaches. I feel stronger. I do have a feeling of bloating at times. Other than that, everything is working fine and slow, which I feel is good.

I just finished my first bottle of Total Restore (90 caplets) and I can't wait to get my 2nd order in the mail fast enough. I take 3 caplets at once when I wake up with a huge glass of water, a banana, and a nutritional shake but that is just my personal breakfast routine. You can take it however you want. Seriously I was shocked that this product really works!

So here's what it did for me: after about 2 weeks my digestion improved which is a huge relief; my appetite was curbed so I just kept eating healthy light salads with protein here and there, and I religiously exercised (only lightly) due to the fact that I am disabled from a severe car accident.

Best result – I dropped 12 pounds in one month only because I strictly followed my routine and cut out most of my sweets. I am not using Total Restore for a crash diet, let me please be clear on that. I am using this product because it makes me feel better all over, lighter, and my energy now has a little spike to it. I've been taking Total Restore for six weeks and all the bloating is pretty much gone. I'm 65 years old and the bloating after eating has terrified me for a couple of years. I didn't look forward to meals (small or large), until I ordered Total Restore, and after 2-3 weeks I couldn't believe the change in my gut feeling so much calmer. This has been a GREAT find.

I have read their book on plant paradox and decided to try this with their vitamins.

This has changed my life. I now eat all organic and foods I never would have tried (for example seaweed and coconut oil). I now do not eat any sugar, white flour, pasta, or anything that is not farm raised, organic, and wild caught, and only real butter, Stevia, and on and on; lots of great foods and vitamins.

I feel great. I even bought a Fitbit and exercise, sleep better, and am healthier than ever.

On and off for several years now, I have had periodic 'flare-ups' of gastritis. I have not had a flare-up in more than a year, but my stomach often felt it was on the verge of having one, with semi-regular minor stomach-lining discomfort. I am approaching the halfway point in my 90-day/3-bottle 'test,' and although I will stop short of making a 'miraculous' improvement announcement, I do feel I am experiencing at least some improvement.

My name is Dondi. I have had the most miserable last 20 years of my life; I've been taking Prilosec OTC for the last 10 years, and have been tacking Viberzi for the last three years, just so I can have some kinda bowl movement. Most of the time it's just straight liquid, until I came across Dr. Gundry's Total Restore. At first, I was a little skeptical, like I am with all internet products, so I watched Dr. Gundry's presentation. It all made a lot of sense, so I placed an order just to see if it would work for me.

I can only say that it has been a life-changing experience! After the second week of taking Total Restore, I have not taken any Prilosec, VIBERZI, and no other meds that kind of helped with my problem! It has definitely been a life-changer for me. I have noticed a difference in how I feel, my stools are very solid, and I go regularly three times a day. I have experienced weight loss with what I'm eating and also exercise. I will continue to use Total Restore, but, I wish there were more pills in the bottle, but I will be ordering more.

In 2012 I was rushed to the ER for surgery to repair a 5cm tear during a routine colonoscopy. Since that time I have experienced IBS with constipation on a daily basis.

But after taking Total Restore (for a week), I noticed a tremendous improvement. Specifically, the GI tract has calmed down (less bloating and irregularity), and I have a lot more energy.

I started taking Total Restore because it was suggested that it can help with GERDS. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and it may be helping with my GERDS problem. I stopped taking Omeprazole about one year ago and switched at that time to Zantac. Then about 4 months ago I stopped taking Zantac and began using eternal water with a PH of 7.8 to 8.2. I find a glass of this water seems to prevent acidic reflux during the night. Then I added Total Restore 2 weeks ago. I am hopeful after 2 months or so my GERD symptoms will continue to lessen.

Works better than I thought it would. It has significantly relieved the symptoms I had of leaky gut, headaches and pressure in my head, has made me much more regular, and discomfort in my stomach is relieved. T,he shakes have decreased almost to nothing, etc. I feel much better since I began taking the supplements. Thank you Dr. Gundry!
