My day starts at 6 am, if I'm lucky, and ends late at night. I have two businesses and am constantly on the go. Dr. Gundry's herbal regime keeps me going and I feel great. I take Total Restore at dinner time, which is usually my biggest meal of the day. One thing to remember here is that Total Restore quietly works behind the scenes, as do all of his herbal products. I cannot get along without it. Since I been taking Total Restore, I do not have any problems with indigestion. It makes a big difference with my health.

Check out ALL his herbal supplements, and you'll see how they all work hand in hand with each other. I feel great, and I just turned 78 on May 22nd. If they work for me, they should work for you.

I've completed 30 days of Total Restore and have lost 20 pounds; the weight just keeps falling off! I will most definitely keep taking Total Restore on a daily basis! I would recommend this product to anyone who has had troubles losing weight! I never would have thought weight gain would come from gut issues.

I also take Vital Reds. That has really helped my low energy level. I'm 62 years old and don't exercise on a regular basis, but I do a lot of yard type work, which is a pretty good periodic workout. I have definitely found that my appetite has subsided substantially. I feel good and really don't know what else to tell you. Thank you, Dr. Gundry.

P.S. My 30-year-old daughter has a serious problem with mold spores. Any suggestions?

I've had Acid Reflux and GERD for years, having many upper-endoscopies practically on an annual basis. I've even had duodenal ulcers. My doctor kept telling me to stop eating, which I was never a big eater to begin with. Every time I ate something, I was in agony, no matter what. I even started to think that the condition was worse than what I was told. I was starting to get depressed.

Then I saw something online from Dr. Gundry and a short talk on Total Restore. I thought why should this work when all this medication, that made me sick, wasn't? Desperate, I ordered one bottle. At first, I was afraid to take it and started off with one pill a day. After three days, I went to two pills, and I thought what is going on. I wasn't getting heartburn or feeling sick, my bloating has gone down considerably, my appetite seems controlled, and I started feeling so much better. It has to be from taking Total Restore. I'm now up to three pills and starting to feel like a human being again. I'm so thankful.

I want to have more clarity on the timing when taking the capsules. The instructions are three per day. Is that one with each meal, and if so, is that before with or after food? Should they be all taken at one time?

I have been taking them when I remember, and sometimes that means three hours after eating. I have had a range of side effects from headaches early on in the treatment, weird and more frequent bowel motions, nausea and energy plummeting. If I take one later in the evening, I can’t get to sleep. Mostly I have been fine and have definitely lowered my craving for sweet items. I am still waiting for weight loss though.

I have noticed a big change in my gut. My irritability has decreased dramatically as have the loose stools. I can tolerate foods better without the stomach pains and running to the bathroom.

I was skeptical when I ordered this product. I started using it by itself and as recommended. Almost immediately, I started to have more energy and can last longer stamina wise. I then started looking into the diet and recipes to assist with feeling better even more. I am at the beginning of this process but already know I want to do more.

I began taking the Total Restore supplement when I first changed my diet to Dr. Gundry's version of the food pyramid and have been mostly faithful with very good results. I lost 5 lbs in about three weeks, and my end of day energy rate has improved quite a bit. I am small-boned, short, (5'1"), 70 years old, and if I lose about 3-4 more lbs, I'll be back down to my ideal weight of 103.

Before ordering more Total Restore, I'll go a month without it, while following the diet. This is a lifestyle change, and it appears to be a good one for me. If I can maintain the results without expensive pills, I will certainly recommend the diet. I haven't bought any Gundry books, either, so you probably won't print my review.

I've been taking Total Restore for about 40 days now, and I've noticed a dramatic increase in my energy levels (almost too much, if that's a thing)! I'm up earlier, and doing a lot more around the house; mowing, washing windows, and working in the garden, which includes planting, watering, pruning and weeding. I'm discovering that I can't sit still!
