Total Restore has given my life back again. I am 68 years old. I was diagnosed last year with microscopic lymphocytic colitis. For years I have suffered with the anxiety and pain of not knowing when diarrhea was going to strike. Where ever I was, I would scope out the restroom or bathroom in case it strikes. It was a constant fear.

I have been taking Total Restore for about seven months, and it has completely changed my life. The fear is gone. I am confident in going out and living life as a normal person. I am so pleased with Total Restore results.

I recently completed 90 days of Total Restore and then got complete blood work done. Results show my system moved toward more healthy parameters. For diabetes indicators, A1C decreased 1 point, cholesterol decreased 31 points, and LDL (bad) cholesterol decreased by 24 points. I ate my regular diet and didn't experience anything negative with my system in that time period. No rumbling, no bloating, good sleep, control over minimal cravings. Those are good things. I'm going to reorder.

I was hospitalized back in February for E. coli poisoning. Doctors told me it may be due to leaky gut syndrome. Now, mind you, up until Dr. Gundry's Total Restore, I was spiraling down fast. What I used to be - active, trim, fit was merely a shadow of me now. I've survived stage four duodenum cancer with surgery radiation chemo, pulmonary embolism, four blood transfusions, last staph infection with 16 weeks antibiotic infusion. Latest E. coli poisoning with three weeks of antibiotic infusions. I was told possible leaky gut syndrome but nobody bothered to mention how to make it better.

My husband was diagnosed with Barrett's and has had gut punch feeling and difficulty eating almost anything. He had a repeat Endoscopy last week which showed no evidence of Barrett's. About the time he started taking Total Restore his symptoms lessened (about one month prior to the repeat Endo), and he was able to eat more variety in foods. He also had to continue a very low dose of Omeprazole for a few months which did not seem to impact his symptoms prior to taking Total Restore. I've had esophageal reflux as well and am taking Restore. My symptoms are abating somewhat despite not changing my diet.

First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Gundry for his incredible brilliance in designing his wonderful and very thoughtfully and carefully created products to help re-direct and keep our systems become and remain as healthy as possible as we age.

Total Restore has, in the three months I've been taking it, done exactly what Dr. Gundry said it would: it has helped my fatigue (even helping my energy while helping my beautiful, brilliant, blinded 97+-year-old Navy girl mom fight through her end of life experiences and hospice), focus, and tough mood swings. It has really helped my gas and bloating. I have arthritis throughout my body and joints and have noticed my discomfort is much less.

I will continue to use and recommend Dr. Gundry's Total Restore to make sure I continue to feel great!

On a side note, I love my Vital Reds combined with my chocolate ProPlant Complete Shake every morning, my terrific Energy Renew about 10 am daily, as well as my delicious dark chocolate Heart Defense daily mid-afternoon snack. In addition to being more careful (trying Dr. Gundry's suggestions) about what I eat, and exercising daily, I have trimmed up and feel SO much better with all of my stress thanks to Dr. Gundry's fantastic products and ideas!

I was plagued with loose bowel problems for years. Along with body aches and leg pain. Since being on Total Restore for just 30 days, I can feel a difference in the way I feel in general. My bowels seem to be operating in a totally different way. No more liquid bowel movements, everything is formed, I am amazed. The leg pain I have had also is going away. I was able to do a deep knee bends without much difficulty.
