I no longer have stomach pain and am going more normal now than I have been. There are no bad side effects. I have more energy and I have not had to take long naps in the afternoon. I think I will continue to take this for a long time.

I feel wonderfully refreshed, after only three days. I feel energized, after recovering from ankle surgery, it's been difficult to maintain my energy levels. But all of a sudden I feel great Inside. I was having difficulty with constipation, and now I'm flowing. Still waiting for my probiotics, can't wait to see the combined results. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

This product seems to have decreased the amount of bloating and gas episodes. I also seem to be more alert and focused. I no longer have to take a daily nap (down from 5-6 a week to 1-2 a week). I've only been taking it for three weeks so there may be more changes for the better down the road.

Maybe it's too soon, but so far I am happy with Total Restore. I have lost about 9-10 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I can't think of any reason for this besides Total Restore plus cutting back on all sugars, cows milk, and taking other new supplements. I have NOT had any adverse side effects that some TR reviewers reported...such as too frequent trips to commode when first taking it. I continue to take TR believing in Dr. Gundry's research, honesty, and the science behind it. I could not possibly assemble the necessary ingredients nor would I have known what they were without Dr. Gundry and the GundryMD store. I am very pleased, but didn't give 5 stars because it's still new to me. But I will be happy to update my review after another 3-4 months.

I ordered enough Total Restore tablets for my husband and I to start taking. About two weeks after starting we also changed to a Keto eating plan.

My husband has a lot of digestive issues with gas and bloating which have lessoned since starting Total Restore.

Some supplements upset my stomach when taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, Total Restore does not.

We are feeling more energetic and have both lost weight.

I haven't been a whole month on Total Restore, so I can't give a final review, but my IBS issues appear to be subsiding. I was using several different supplements/herbs in an attempt to control my IBS symptoms, so taking just one compound makes more sense to me. Time will tell.

I’m taking Restore now for 3 weeks along with 24 strain. From the first usage of the pills, I immediately noticed an energy boost. I am a 66-year-old male that’s a 2-year cancer survivor. The thing that I noticed more so than the higher energy level is my diet. Controlling my diet is easier than before. I’m 5'7", at just under 200 lbs. In the past, my weight would be 210 lbs. Maintaining that extra 10 lbs lost is healthier for me. My cancer was in my stomach.

I am 83 years old with the usual aches and pains people have at my age. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis as well as fibromyalgia. The first two hours of the day have been very painful. I would look like a question mark when I first walked and until I got moving, stayed that way.

When I first started taking Total Restore I could stand straighter and seemed to have less pain immediately after getting up. I quit taking my NSAID after the first week and some of the pain has returned.

The problem I have is that I live in a very small town with one grocery store and there is no way I can follow the diet you prescribe. The nearest store to sell those things is Whole Foods in Austin, Texas about 65 miles away. I feel my results would be better if I could follow the diet.

I will try the product again for another month and see if the results improve.

I am very glad I stumbled on this product. I have always had a "tummy" even with a lot of workouts and training. But this does actually flush you out more, and I feel better going out to the workouts now. I have eaten well over the decades, exercised, not overweight, just could never lose the small middle as I continued to age even with a very active lifestyle.
