I just went through two rounds of heavy duty antibiotics reading the warnings, I was really worried about it affects on my very messed up gut! There were all kinds of warnings and horror story’s of gut pain, nausea, and debilitating diarrhea! I had just got these pills, so a few hours after a dose I would take three of these along with a couple of other kinds of probiotics to ward it off!

I am glad to say I made it through with zero ill effects, and now that I’m finally off the antibiotics. I’m taking Total Restore every day to help my body recover from the damage antibiotics do to your gut! Having these, I know made a big difference because normally everything kills my gut! I've been using several products designed and developed by Dr. Steven Gundry for last two months. So, I can't tell which product is benefiting me, but my health issues are improving after using these products. My energy level is better than before! I started using Primal Plants, Total Restore, Heart Defense, and Red Berries. I started to feel better after I started Heart Defence and the Red Berries formula. Three products including Total Restore, Heart Defense, and Red Berries seem to be good formulas that are benefiting me every day!

I have been on Total Restore for 30 days. I feel more energy and a reduced appetite. Not sure if I have lost weight at this time. I have better joint movement since I started Total Restore. I used to take Joint Juice prior to Total Restore and feel a little better than before. I have been taking one capsule at a time and wondering if I should take them all at once.

I don’t usually write reviews of products, but this one is really amazing! I’ve bought several probiotic brands searching for something that works. I bought this for both myself and my special needs daughter. Wow! We both felt a difference almost immediately. I’m not sure how it works, but for me, I’m now very regular, I am feeling better, more alert, and my tummy feels flatter as opposed to that bloated feeling I seemed to always have. I have recently purchased my second bottle of Total Restore. I have to admit I was a little hesitant and therefore I only ordered one bottle and missed the great discount offered if I would have purchased three bottles. After only taking Total Restore for about 10 days, I noticed that my stomach was relaxed. No more constant stressed feeling inside. I have reduced my pain meds I take for arthritis, I think because my stomach is actually absorbing more now. I shared a week's supply at three a day with my sister. Yesterday I gave 21 capsules to one of my partners here at school. I would definitely recommend Total Restore. I will certainly continue to use it.

I purchased Total Restore about three weeks ago, and I have noticed a change in my stomach. It's been subtle.

Please let me explain, two years ago I had my right kidney removed due to cancer. It was and has been life changing and I had to completely revise my diet, and I know at 65 years old or should I say "young, " I have always been very healthy, so it was a total shock when I was informed that I had cancer. I would more than appreciate more information on what Total Restore can do for my gut health.

I would also more than appreciate anything at all you can share with me about revising my diet now that I have only one kidney. Thank you so very much for anything at all you would advise! I have a great deal of respect for Doctor Gundry!

My husband is a physician and I'm an RN, both in our early fifties, and we have nine grown children.

We've been taking Total Restore AND have implemented all the dietary changes outlined in, The Plant Paradox, and have realized significant changes in our overall health. Gone are aches and pains (inflammatory processes), bloating, food cravings, etc. Present are decreases in weight, increases in mental clarity, more restful sleep, energy. I've known, for quite some time, that wheat should be avoided, but really had no knowledge of the dangers of the lectins. After reading, The Plant Paradox, it all came together. I was reminded of the nightshades and other inflammatory "foods" my mother researched and removed from her diet after she had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lung cancer. That was in the early '90's and considered "homeopathic," and way outside the box.

The Plant Paradox brings it all full circle. After changing my diet with vegetarianism, or keto, etc., I still felt unwell. Now it makes perfect sense and we see the very tangible difference in our health, and in our lives. We are so grateful for the information Dr. Gundry compiled and shared.
