I do feel better in the few weeks that I have been taking Total Restore. Bloating and sore joints have improved. However, I can't tell if that is due to diet or the supplement or both. I have gradually changed my diet to be more in line with what Dr. Gundry recommends while educating myself by reading his first book.

I have always had a terrible problem with constipation and digestion problems!

I had nothing to lose by trying the Restore product. My first night I was leery about taking three capsules, so I took only two. The next night I took three, seeing nothing happened with two. To my surprise, the capsules started working! After two weeks of constipation, you can imagine my relief! I continued taking them every other night (after seeing how my body used them). I still continue with my routine, and the Restore has been a pleasant miracle for me! Thank you Dr. Gundry.

It has worked just as I had hoped and just as they said. I am 80 years old. I have several issues due to age. I will not go down without a fight.

I have had problems with energy. My body seems to demand more rest than ever. In about three weeks of taking the supplements, I definitely noticed more energy. I went east to visit my sons and on my return, I went on a plan to lose weight and get in better shape. I have lost 8 lbs in two weeks.

I started using Total Restore in mid-April of 2018 along with a one-month supply of prebiotics while I was vacationing in Florida. I've now been using Total Restore only for 3 and 1/2 months and been feeling great with slightly more energy. For me, the biggest impact was no longer craving sugar or sweets. I would have one or sometimes two sugary sweets after my evening meal but I no longer crave those at all. I've always exercised daily for three to four hours (walking and pickleball) for the past six years but was never able to lose any of the 30 lbs I had put on 34 years ago when I quit smoking. I've lost 28 lbs in the last 3 and 1/2 months for the first time in 34 years. I attribute this weight loss to staying away from sugar and sweets. I also eat more salads and less potatoes. These are the only changes that I made to my diet.

I've been taking Total Restore, three pills a day, for a month. I have more energy and definitely notice when I miss a dose. However, my labs, specifically glucose and triglycerides, don't seem to be improving much. I am thinking that this will take longer to notice, I plan on continuing to take Total Recall for the time being.

I have suffered with digestive issues for over three years. Acid reflux, gas, and bloating have all been issues with me. I have undergone several tests and was finally diagnosed with IBS.

I was on daily medication until eight days ago when I started taking the Total Restore. My gut hasn't felt this good in years. I will continue taking this, and hopefully, my symptoms don't reoccur.
