I received Total Restore on July 28th and started taking it that day. I finished my 30-day supply today August 26th. I have seen no difference before or during. I will wait seven days and if still no change, I will request a refund. I was really hoping for a change, as I had some of the symptoms you described. I was going to order a 3-month supply if I felt an improvement, but no such luck.

Feeling well and looking forward to getting healed. I truly believe that I have found my answers to my gut problems. I have had sixteen inches of my colon removed and have been suffering with chronic pain for eight years. I immediately noticed a reduction in bloating in my abdomen, and a major reduction in my cravings for carbohydrates and sugar. I was a total sugar/sweets junkie - cake, cookies, ice cream, chocolate of all kinds. I wasn't expecting it to be so easy to resist my daily sweets, but I've experienced an almost complete reduction in my cravings. Weird. I'm not all sure what is going on, but I'll take it. Another odd consequence is that my resting heart rate has gone steadily down since I started taking the Total Restore and stopped eating so much sugar (I still have to have sugar in my coffee!). My heart rate has always been weirdly high - and I can't seem to find any information on why sugar consumption should affect heart rate. But again, I'll take the results. Perhaps I'm imagining all of this is the consequence of Total Restore. But that's OK!

My entire gastric system is very angry. I have severe reflux, a small intestine ulcer, and often either loose or pencil shaped stools. I'm also very easy. Dr. Gundry's medicine has given my lower intestine a great deal of relief and perhaps helped the reflux some. I feel that if I continue, I might find greater relief.

I finally feel like I found a missing piece. I have been taking Total Restore for at least a month now. I left a review after the first few days because I was so happy about this product. I was afraid that like most products, this would be like a coffee rush with the crash, not at all. Total Restore is very grounding for me. At night, I am sleeping much deeper. During the day, my brain can focus on what needs to be done in a gentle, stress-free way. I am 34 years old. I am my own boss. I need structure and discipline with what needs to be done for the day. Because of high levels of stress and being pulled in many directions, I tend to overeat to calm my nerves and distract myself, but I always end up exhausted because the foods I was choosing would make me crash.

With Total Restore, I am happy to report that my thoughts are more positive, more optimistic, and the cravings are much better. I am choosing better foods, eating half the serving sizes, and I started working out again! I hadn't worked out since before my surgery in 2011. I can't that believe I found Dr. Gundry via Facebook through a video, but sure glad I did. I even got my boyfriend using Total Restore, and I can see a positive difference in both of us. PS. I just started using Lectin Shield. I've been using it for just a couple days. I'm excited to explore more products by Dr. Gundry. I forgot to mention, I have been taking pure and standard processed supplements for years, spending thousands of dollars, and I could not tell what those products were doing for me. These products are highly recommended by naturopathic doctors, I believe. Please get yourself some Total Restore! Start there! You won't regret it. I wished I would have ordered the three month supply in the beginning. So get the three month supply if you can. Sending deep breaths.

Originally I purchased this product for a friend because of an autoimmune condition she has. I could tell that it was helping her, so I decided to order some for myself because of some intestinal issues I’ve had many years. By week two, I could definitely tell a major difference. My elimination was every morning instead of every three or four days. The rectal bleeding I’d been experiencing for some time had stopped. I am going to keep using it. I would like to start ordering three bottles instead of one.

I was dubious. I am historically not a fan of supplements. I always felt like if one ate well, they were a waste of money. However, I have been surprised at the total erasure of my recent onset of GERD symptoms due to weight gain and slowing metabolism.
