I only take two capsules per day (usually I forget one at night), but really feel better in general. Bowel action greatly improved and I take no anti-acids for gastric relief since starting Total Restore.

I am 88 years old, live alone, and only take two blood pressure pills per day. I am not much for exercise and eat what I want, when I want. So far doing good.

I am a 60-year-old male who just had cardiac rehab four months ago. In addition, I have Celiac disease, recurring pancreatitis, and am diabetic.

I have been taking Total Restore for about five weeks now, and combined with exercise I feel better than I have in years.

I can't say I am perfect with the diet, I did not do the initial fast but stay away from all the "no" foods! It seemed hard at first but after about four or five days, I felt so much better. It was easier. I have bone on bone in my left knee so I can't do the walking I love, but I have changed to a stationary bike. Eating out can be a challenge, but I do the best I can and try not to have to eat out often, only when it's required for business or family events. I have more energy and sleeping great. Just grateful with the plan and products.

Because I was skeptical I only purchased a one-month supply of Total Restore to try. After using for one day, I immediately found I had more energy. Within the month, my sugar cravings decreased and I noticed less facial breakouts. When I got the results of my most recent blood test my cholesterol, triglyceride, and glucose levels were all down. My stomach has been such a mess for so long. I have had all the tests that a hospital could do. They could not find anything that was wrong. My stomach has continued to bloat and get gassy. I am on my second bottle of Total Restore and I can tell the difference! The pain I have had in my gut is gone, I feel better than I have in years! I am not 100% on the Gundry diet plan yet, but I am more aware and picking things that I know are better for me. Trying to shop better and eat at home more.
