Feel more energetic after taking morning pills. Definitely cleans out the body. Little nausea and bloating. Only been taking for about a month...still deciding if the cost/benefit makes sense for me to continue.

I started taking Total Restore since I read Dr. Gundry’s cv and knew he was the real deal and his product was worth a try.

After a few days of taking the Total Restore, the bloaty feeling went away, needless to say, how regular I was going.

My energy peaked up, I am getting up before my alarm rings...so much renewed energy!

And even further, I lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks with no dieting!

Amazing stuff. I can’t wait to try more of Dr. Gundry's products!

I haven’t been taking it very long. Only a couple of weeks. I feel better, not so tired, and my stomach feels better. I even have my husband on it. I think it will take a month to really see the effects.

To be honest, Total Restore started working for me during the 2nd month of taking 3 capsules a day with 8 ounces of water. After approximately 45 days, I had less bloating, less gas, and I could feel the soothing effect Total Restore was having on my intestinal system. I would advise that you take Total Restore to make your stomachaches less frequent and to ease your gas and bloating. It has been healing my gut biome slowly but surely. However, please consult your endocrinologist about licorice root and how it affects the adrenal gland. I take it for 2-3 months, then 2 months of Vital Reds, then back to Total Restore.

I just want to say thank you Dr. Gundry. Since 2004 I had noticed I was having problems with my digestive system. Acid refluxes, food just coming back out without throwing up, passing gases to the point that my husband went to sleep in another room, bloatedness, diarrhea, burping constantly, constipation...

I went to a gastroenterologist and had done an endoscopy and colonoscopy. My diagnosis was H. pylori. Did one treatment in 2004 and my symptoms went better. Back in 2010, it all came back and I was treated twice for the same H. pylori, then in 2018 the symptoms came back and another gastro doctor did a colonoscopy and found intestinal erosion? And diverticulitis...I was treated with antibiotics, got better, but some symptoms persisted, to the point wine will stay in my stomach making me feel fermented inside...Until I found Total Restore. I decided to take 3 pills at once. A few minutes later felt my stomach and intestine warmed up for a couple of hours. Then went to the bathroom and noticed my feces were really dark. I then had wine and voila...did not had the fermentation feeling anymore. Thank you so much! It has to be a great experience.

Sweets have been a very important part of my diet since I was a child. Now I find that most of the time, I no longer crave sweets at all. I am seriously and pleasantly shocked. I am 75 years old and I’ve been unable to avoid sugar all my life. It has truly been an addiction. Thank you!

I have substituted dried fruit, nuts, and lots of leafy greens. I feel so much better without all the sugar in my body.

Being a skeptical person toward online promotions, I was hesitant about trying Total Restore. However, after 30 days I found that I experienced less bloating and stomach gas. During this time I also started a fitness plan primarily to gain upper body strength and I have gained some muscle weight while reducing my body fat percentage. I am considering another 30-day trial.

This product does work. My husband is using it to rebuild his internal gut, he's been on PPI's (Nexium) type products for about 15 years. It was a tough beginning with so much acid, but it is slowly getting under control. He can tell his body is working much better than before. This is not an overnight fix, it takes time for the body to adjust you have to be patient and let your body heal. He is definitely going to keep using this product.

I used to suffer a great deal with all symptoms of heartburn and with Total Restore, the heartburn I was experiencing has subsided a great deal.

I have had IBS (that's what the doctors said) since 2014. I have tried so so many products, can't remember all the names. Went to 3 different gastro doctors - they have no clue, and didn't feel like they really cared! I have been on Total Restore for 3 weeks now and I am so very happy that I am a bit constipated! The first week I could tell how much better I felt, I know the gut is the ruler and this product is the only thing that I have taken, so I know it has to be Total Restore. I had some doubts, since I had tried other products on those ads that show up, but I am so glad I took a chance and tried it! I was having stomach issues every time I ate.
